Just came to the drive thru to be met with the absolute worst attitude. It was obvious by her tone, exaggerated sighs, and lip smacking that my business was not wanted. I even had to stop and ask her if she was ok. She said “YEA WHAT DO YOU WANT?” I don’t know if it was my presence or the fact I ordered a 12 piece meal that offended her.
Stopped by.. amazing greasy goodness.. employee asked of I liked me meal... he'll yeah I do.. slight messy restraunt BUT! You gotta be a little sloppy to achieve greatness! Will stop by again! Give these guys and gals a raise!
The drive-through lady with missing teeth was very rude and short. Not coming back to this location.
This is the worst place ever!!!! Don't waste your time or money. We visited from out of state after leaving the beach only to be treated rudely and told we would have to wait 12 minutes for chicken. We weren't even made about the 12 minute wait with 6 kids, however, they rudely took our money and then continued to slam things around while making our food. When we asked for plates and silverware, we were told that they haven't had any for months. There is a Walmart right across the parking lot, GO AND GET SOME!!! When our food was finally done, they yelled across the restaurant "your food is ready, instead of just bringing out our over $100 worth of food. After we got plates and silverware and took our kids to the park to eat, we realized that we didn't have biscuits and our corn was ice cold. If the manager is the one wearing a red shirt, then she was the rudest and the one slamming things around. When we left the Kroger parking lot in their parking lot, we figured out why she was mad, we interrupted her smoke break! Worst experience ever!!!
Every time I've driven through here (and I've given the place several chances), they've either gotten my order wrong; made me wait 20 minutes for my order; treated me rudely; OR in a few cases, all three in one visit. Doesn't even matter what time of day or night that I go, because it's always the same. I definitely recommend going to a KFC in Pasadena instead; it's worth the extra few minutes drive without a doubt.
Spring break and the kids wanted some food for the evening. Went over to kfc to grab some chicken tenders. They were great. The staff were hilarious. Enjoyed the experience. They had my kids cracking up laughing.
I got a 16 piece chicken tender meal with 8 biscuits and 4 sides and my fries spilled on the way home and when we got home we were short two biscuits and we called back we also told them the biscuits were hard so she gave us the biscuits they were fresh and was giving us the sides as well but they were the oldest ones there not fresh I don't know what's going on with this location I love there biscuits but not for this service I received don't know if I would be back
I just stopped on the way home and got a 12-piece boneless unsauced wings. They told me it would be about 12 minutes and to pull around the front. They brought me my food out before 12 minutes. Get home and sit down to eat dinner to realize my chicken was not cooked all the way. Needless to say, I am not hungry anymore.
They forget to take the corn out of my bowls, even after me saying it 3 separate times. Other than that, its ok
Addicted employees here, they look so dirty there teeth looks dirty and poor customer service very disappointing location
