It was my first time here. The shop employee that greeted us was extremely friendly, informative and patient. I ordered the Big Kahuna. Soooo cheesy, the bread was so soft all around but the bottom was crisp. I really enjoyed it to the very last bite.
I went here this past Saturday with my mom it was her first time , and the cashier a young lady was not friendly, she did not greet us & looked like she did not want to be there. She looked frustrated when I was telling her my order. Just very quiet with a bad attitude face. There was another older lady in the back cooking the sandwiches she was super nice & helped me customize my order. I feel bad leaving this review but it needs to be brought up. They also forgot to add jalapeños and lettuce.
Absolutely loved the service here. Heather is friendly and helpful. Place is clean and the subs are great. Got the chicken bacon ranch and it was delicious.
My favorite sandwich here is the steak and portabella mushrooms and melted cheese. Heather, Will and the other associates are super nice. They go out of their way to make the customers happy. Thank you! My sandwich was perfect.
Me and family love this place!! Today while eating inside….there was a new guy I guess you can say working and the other workers (older man and woman) were so mean and rude to him! I felt so bad for the way he got treated!! I wanted to cry. Even another customer said they were rude to him. He was a younger guy with dark hair!!

Amazing staff! I am celiac and needed a gluten free bun. The man behind the counter knew exactly what to do - changed gloves, made sure the bun did not contact surfaces that were contaminated with flour, used a separate knife, etc. - so that it would be safe for me to eat. I cannot give this place enough "stars". AWESOME!

I love this location! The staff is very nice and always makes conversation with me. The food here is amazing too. They always make it how I like it and their watermelon tea is amazing too!
