The service here keeps going down hill. The service used to be really good and everyone was very nice. Whoever is there now has horrible customer services. They are rude and act like they just want you to leave.
Tacos come with cheese and Tacos sauce. Most restaurants don't have cheese, egg rolls always crispy.
Worse experience ever lost a good customer! 3 times got the order wrong then laughed in my face. Insisted I was wrong even after showing them it was wrong! They have changed a lot staff used to be very friendly I even knew them by name. Blamed it on being short handed everyone is short handed. I’m short handed at my work and would never treat people this way!! Jack in Box disgusting behavior. Also, took the food back after they messed up both times during Covid which I know is against company policy around 5:00- 5:30pm on 2/12/2022 I waited in 3 different times.Then I asked for my money and they wanted the food back so I gave it to them tried giving short on cash when I paid with card. She asked for my card and gave me cash and tried shorting me on the cash by $5.00 do better! This is unsanitary and I would recommend you go to a different location.

best service i've EVER received at a Jack. The manager was so sweet and had a positive attitude although they were short staffed.
This jack is the best and the employees were great, specially the guy in the drive thru in the evenings his name is keneth, he was so nice and got my food in time, it was a pleasure to get my food in this jack in the boxGreat experience ???
The chicken sandwich they have with onion rings, bacon, cheese, and bbq sauce was so delicious. I was pleasantly surprised.
Ordered lunch tacos and was so mad there was no meat in my tacos. I don't like lettuce so always ask for them without lettuce. This time I just got shell and that wasn't the first time it happen either. Tried to call to complain no one answered.... Figures!
