I wish I could rate shifts and people individually because there is certain employees that work the night shift that are so quick it's amazing. I deliver for doordash so when it's quick and easy it's a major help to me and it pleases the customer, but whoever is working right now on Saturday April 9th at night was also working about 2 days ago when I had the same problem.. I have literally been sitting in this drive-thru for almost 45 minutes I've already had one customer cancel an order on me because of the long wait they should not have these two people working alone at night it's absolutely ridiculous I don't know if maybe they're unaware of how slow these employees are but I don't know if they're new or what but someone else could at least be working with them to help them because this is ridiculous. The difference between the employees is Major huge it's very noticeable so if you come on a night where it's super fast and then on another night where it's this slow you're really noticing it trust me it's not just me. I mean I have someone else's food in the car and I had someone else's food earlier and I wait and wait and wait and wait and I get up there and the food is not even done which is crazy because I've literally been here for 45 minutes!
This location needs help, everytime I go here its either my food or my drink that something is wrong. Either the drink if flat or I get the wrong item or I'm missing something. Today was just a drink, but the manager obviously don't care about it. Felt really bad about the guy at the window, he was new and no one was there to help him out and they just threw him to the wolves.
This was a good experience. Gave only 4 stars because there was not any exceptional services. We went through drive through. Food was received within reasonable time and person was nice. Food was hot and tasted good. I would visit here again.
Great customer service, food is the same as any other jack in the box.
Stopped for breakfast got out of line to save time. Wrong there were only 3 people working. Outside long inside longer. The manger said Nobody else open cause the lines were busy ??sir more revenue for you.Next time Staff better.
Employees were extremely friendly and nice but their manager was a jerk and very condescending. I would certainly invest in some good managers at this location.
Food was hot but it took 20 min in Drive-through
I don't know why I keep wasting my time and money at this location. Consistently the worst Jack in the Box food ever. Today they did not disappoint by fries tasted cold and like they were warmed over from the day before.
