Had another horrible experience at the Gringos on I45 in Spring. Was told the wait was 30 to 35 minutes. After a 50 minute wait I started watching who they were seating. The hostesses were seating parties of 4 or more ahead of parties of 2. I confronted them and the accusation wasn't denied. We left after an hour of waiting and will never set foot in another Gringos.
We order to go many Friday nights. The order is seldom correct. Right now we are sitting in the La Porte location parking lot with our food getting cold while they go back in to get our margaritas worth $32. Last time they got it correct but the time before that we got flour tortillas instead of the corn we ordered. I can’t have flour products. The time before that, again, they forgot our margaritas…waiting, food cold. Then another time we ordered two fajitas and only got one. My husband had to go back to get the other one. Need I keep going? We love the food! The to-go department needs improvement on accuracy. You know Fridays will be busy so that’s not an excuse. Please improve.
