Ordered through the drive through and the employee told me to look at the menu when i asked what came with the meal. Got to the window to get my order and employee dropped my card before i even reached out for it and it fell under my truck. She said she would get someone to come out and get it as i could not get out with out pulling up and there was a long line of customers behind me. Someone would have drove over my card. The guy who came out got me my card and she said i should have gotten out of my truck to get it myself and she slammed the service window shut and would not come back to the window. She dropped the card. She should be fired on the spot. As i am seeing many complaints about bad customer service and rude employees and the owner seems to respond to all of them yet also seems nothing is being done. Sad that being short staffed and lack of finding good employees results in this kind of service. The owner should at least have a manager that can handle these issues and would not doubt if this employee is the manager. My advise is do not go to this location and the sad thing is because of lack of good management/ownwership the firefighters are the ones that suffer from it.

The subs are just okay. Mine came with like 3 inches thick of bread and very little actual meat. Felt like I was eating nothing but bread honestly. The kids working here all the time, also seems like he does not really want to be there. Half the time they are out of certain ingredients. Definitely for the price, just go to Subway. Cheaper and better.

As I sit in the drive-thru for 10 mins now, I'm removing two stars. I was able to give them my order pretty quickly. Told them I wanted a large turkey and provolone only on white. I then said, please make sure it's meat cheese and bread only and the person taking the order sounded confused and had to redo the order.... Ok that's fine, maybe she didn't hear me. Now I'm at the window and no one has come to speak to me......by the way, I'm still waiting. This particular store has become increasingly slower the last 5-6 times I have been here. Way to long for meat, cheese and bread. And yes, I'm still waiting.

I normally understand under staffing, but this is the second time that this location is understaffed during lunch time. There was only 2 people there, 1 on the drive thru and the other to take calls and manage the store front. It is lunch time and it is very busy that people waiting to order were leaving and it took me 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The kid in the drive through acted like he couldn’t be bothered with doing his job. He was so rude on the intercom that I decided I didn’t want anything. The rudeness and incompetence on the drive through intercom was all I needed to make up my mind about this location. If they can’t even get that part right I don’t want to take a chance with the rest of the experience.Avoid this location!

Not a bad sandwich, not a good sandwich. These subs aren't bad if you're starving but choose Subway if you have the chance. My large sad-wich had about 3 inches of bread without meat. 1inch from one end and 2 inches from the other.Also this particular visit (which was also my first) they had no sides at all. No chili, no potato soup, no dumplings at all. Was actually excited to try them out.

Love the meatball sandwich, but the drive thru takes soo long.

Unacceptable!! Pulled up to the speaker in drive thru and sat there for 12 minutes before ever being acknowledged. The young lady finally answered and said she will be right with me... 7 minutes later she came back on the speaker. Tried to order a Firehouse Meatball but they were out of meatballs. Just ended up ordering 1 sandwich instead of 2. Pulled up to the window and sat for another 5 minutes before anyone came to the window. The young lady apologized for the long wait and said she was the only one there. I understand being understaffed but that's no excuse for not acknowledging a customer for that long of a period of time.
