Came in at 10, guy on phone the whole time we were there! Asked for 2 decaf coffees. Gave us our coffee left & went to sit by the water.....tasted like mud. Creamer never looked like it was in the coffee brown.You w/think if you saw 2 potentially new customers ask for coffee you wouldn't give the 8:00 coffee. Never going back!

Shipleys, DD, krispy creme, etc.. They are good; however if you ever want a fresh, old fashioned doughnut, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is homey and comfortable, and the doughnuts and kolaches are.. well, to be in business at the same location for almost 40 years speaks for itself I think. A true LaPorte gem.

We have a 5 year old who's a lil bit picky, and she wanted a pink and a blue donut. They had pink immediately available, but no blue. When we mentioned it, they made us a blue one. The service was fast and polite. The kolaches are yummy too! Kinda wishing we weren't on vacation so we could get this every day.
