Church's Chicken has lost it's way. Unfortunately, it's a far cry from the chicken I grew up with. Uncaring staff and long wait times, although there were 5 people working behind the counter. So, this wasn't a matter of being understaffed.The chicken still looks great and his for the most part but something has changed with preparation or seasoning.I understand cost have gone up, so I'm not going to bring that up. But their jalapeños were apparently picked mid season, as they were tiny.I doubt I will be back.
Drive thru was slow. I spent 20 minutes in line and there was only 2 cars in front of me. And they still didn't have what I ordered.
Went right at 11am service was so slow food was hot because they did not have anything ready. Felt bad for the 4 men that came in after us it took forever for them to get their food too and they were on lunch break.
The chicken here is always nice and fresh!! I come eat here during lunch time hours not sure how good it is or if its different during dinner hours. Really appreciate the hot and fresh food!
A very nice Church's, food was hot and good, was only disappointed at the time it would take to make apple pies. Hot and fresh sounded wonderful, just didn't have the 10 more minutes to wait, my loss, I'm sure.
No starts lady in tie dye shirt at the pick up Window resting her head in her hand asking us what we want in a lazy tone lol it’s 8pm they close at 10pm she was already cleaning up
Hot, fresh, crispy chicken that I've enjoyed since I was a kid. This location is a great one.
Takes forever to take my order like 30 min. But worth it, the chicken was cooked perfect, crispy and juicy, non grassy, it was fresh cooked chicken.I really enjoyed
Went here twice and both times they messed up my order. And the lady preparing my food was smoking a vape pen standing right next to the food
Raw fried chicken? Really? Fast food is not a master class job. But yet it was almost raw, you just can't eat it. The dog got our chicken, we had the fries and coleslaw. Never again. Don't waste your money just make a mac&cheese at least you will be able to eat it.
