Not sure what I did to this lady but ask for my drink. She served it with No lid, full of ice, less than half full and she just stabbed a straw in the cup. I looked at the lady sitting next to me and she got the full service...she got a martini glass, a cover for her drink and her drink was full. Not sure what I did to this bar tender or was it my ethnicity that disturbed her. After speaking to the manager who tried to make several excuses for the bar tenders poor performance I paid my meal minus that drink but didn't even get my dessert. The 2 for 25 comes with a desert.
My son is very particular and has several things he enjoys at Chili's. Lauren in the bar is one of the best severs I've ever had at a restaurant. Chili's - she deserves a huge raise! I had the dry rub ribs and they were fantastic, and my son had the ancho salmon. Both items were cooked perfectly. Chili's gets a bad rap, but this one always delivers for us.
Normally I wouldn't give this location one star but, unfortunately we decided to order from here 2 days It was really good.Enough to order the next dayWe get our food and it was burnt old and other parts of the order was complete rawIdk why or how it could be so completely differentThe cook today obviously had a bad day.
I really wanted to give this place another shot. Because I actually like Chili’s and this one is close by. Last time I ate here me and my girls had to wait almost an hour for the food. This time we tried giving it another shot and we never got help for almost a whole 20 minutes just sitting there, even when my family arrived, not even a visit at the table. And so we told the waiter that we are kind of just ready to pay for the drinks and go because we’re not really getting any service. And he just goes “okay,” and still charged us for the drinks, and told us have a great day. Way to go chilli’s! Will not be back! The owner should really be aware of how this place is running over here, because it doesn’t look good.
Decent food. Good drinks. Service staff good. Comfortable atmosphere. Restroom was not clean. Won't be back. Recommend this place? Probably not. A good manager would have the restroom checked regularly and kept clean.
For this particular visit, I ordered the salmon with the broccoli side. It was cooked perfectly. Thumbs up to the chef on duty.

Never go wrong with chilis. No matter where I go all over the US chilis has never let me down. Wait staff is always amazing and food is always good.
Brought the wife here for a nice little lunch date, waitress was nice, she even prayed for us which was something I've not had happen to me personally before. Food was hot she kept the drinks coming and I think that day they had an ice cream place come out fir the employees which I like, however I'm sure a couple people asked for a raise and instead of money everyone got ice cream lol
Very quick very nice people. Who worked the window the night of December 21st was excellent and very friendly.
