May have been an off day, but weird vibes inside- maybe it was the large partition in the dining area ; food was great though. Why is the children's area still closed ? Kind lady checked on us at our table .

The sheer professionalism of the kids out in the drive thru line while it's drizzling and 30° out is very admirable. The fact that they still get your order correct even under these circumstances should get them all a raise. THESE are the fast food workers that deserve the raise.
I visited this location today to use my free 8 count nuggets card and the guy taking my order claimed it had no balance when I have never used it and was given it last week for this location taking forever on my order. So i wasn’t able to use that card then he charges me for a milkshake I never ordered rather than my sweet tea and when i told the manager at the window this, she throws away the milkshake that I had to pay extra for and didn’t refund me. Then she proceeded to yell at an employee for the mistake the guy taking my order made in front of me when he didn’t deserve that. Overall unprofessional and was charged more than I should have been and never received a receipt
Wow. I have got to say by far this has been one of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The staff gets an A+ for going above and beyond on helping their customers.
Great service and pretty good fried chicken sandwich but absolutely terrible hot coffee. The coffee was even made fresh for me but tasted burnt. One of the worst cups of coffee I've ever had.
