On may 8th I went to go order some food and when I seen that my order was $12 and some change, I went to the window and they made pay $17 and some change I asked for a printed receipt kindly in the worker refused so I asked for the manager which was a Hispanic lady that didn't give me her name she refused as well so I'll calmly drove away and left this review
This location is steadily going downhill! If I could give it no stars!!! The drive thru person was extremely rude, didnt smile, kept cutting me off while trying to place my order, then when I got to the window, she had piercings all in her lips, nose, eyebrows, wearing all the goth type makeup. I understand it is her choice but when you work in a customer service position, you should have a better appearance since you are the face of the company!
4/10/22 I went through the drive thru at 11:30pm trying to get a quick meal after a busy weekend but was never attended to. I could see employees in the store but nobody was watching the only possible channel of customer interaction. After the third time rolling through the window, I decided to go home.
I like how the restaurant is always clean! and the staff is very kind as well. They always give me my food fresh. I'll come back again

A little difficult communicating over the order speaker, but the burger was great.
Go often, usually with a coupon, never had a problem. Staff friendly and establishment is clean, prefer over Mickey D's, wil continue to use local businesses first.
They never get my order right. And I have to repeat myself several times and still not right. I'm not sure the Hispanic girl that works drive thru understand English very well. Get it together...?
