I want to give them zero stars, but that’s not possible so I’m giving them a 1 star. I’m a patience person and understood my order was going to take 25-30 minutes. But it took them over an hour to get me my order!! It was only an 8 piece combo..would not recommend going to this place if you don’t want to wait over an hour on one order.

They turn off the online ordering ALOT on weekends and I have personally been kept on hold 20+ minutes trying to place a call order. I even got there while I was technically still on the phone waiting and nobody was even at the counter or phone just had me on hold didn't care at all. After placing order in person both times and wings sucked I won't be back.

Don't you wish you saw the reviews first? Hands down worst service ever. Ordered online. Watched people come in and order and get their food before me. Mine was sitting on the counter for a while before someone asked if I needed help. This is agree I paid and have been waiting. Why? Because 2 out of the 3 employees decided to take a break at the same time.

I ordered online at 7:45 pm and was told my order would be ready at 8:30pm. I arrived at 8:20 and they told me it will be out in 10 minutes. After being ignored multiple times asking about the status f my order, I was finally given cold wings and fries at 9:00pm. Employees are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

Sometimes I get food that is less than stellar because its either burnt or not cooked all the way but other than that its a painless experience. Still the best wings in kyle imo

My order was incomplete. Even after I asked the Lady is everything in them two bags. She said yes, I get home (That's 15mins away and NO MY ORDER WAS NOT ALL THERE. THE SECOND ORDER OF FRIES WHERE ALL BURNED.?????

The most pathetic group of employees EVER! They could care less about how long they make you wait. They treat you like you are disturbing them by ordering from them. The are so visibly unhappy and they obviously hate their job and have zero people skills. Place totally sucks!

Used to love this place, now when we go the same girl with a seriously rotten work ethic is ALWAYS there. Being rude, disrespectful and what seems like she's just annoyed with life in general. Won't be coming back!!

The last time I went here, they had closed the dining room. They had ZERO clue what was going on. I had ordered food through the app. They told me I was going to be about an hour. No problem. I get there and there are quite a few people waiting outside trying to get their food. After waiting an additional 30 minutes (This was now 1.5 hours after I placed my order.), I go inside. One girl is complaining, "I wish customers would not cuss me out." Well gee, maybe if you had a better attitude you would not get cussed out. Orders were piled up waiting to get picked up. There was no rhyme or reason how they were ordered. I asked another girl about my order who disappeared and never came back. What was even worse, there was an employee's baby in a high chair IN the kitchen. Now I understand you can not find a babysitter; but, a baby in the kitchen in a highchair is not safe or sanitary. I refuse to order from this place, but my family still does. The last few times their online ordering was down. If you call the store, it just rings and rings. We decide to drive by to see if they are close and low and behold there is a note on the door that they are temporarily closed. Gee, never saw that coming.Now before someone comes in and starts whining about how they are "understaffed" or they are "not getting paid enough", If I gave the level of service I received at this Wingstop when I first started my job, I would have been fired immediately. If you try to tell me "we can not find people to work", there are plenty of places paying a premium for folks to work. If you tell me you can not find people, you are not looking hard enough. Thanks, I will not be back. The Service and the quality of food is sub par. You are better off buying wings at the local HEB and making them yourself.

Enough is enough. Love the sauces however the customer service is terrible. This has to be 3rd or 4th time they mess up my order. 1st time they did I went back and took them 45min to fix it, haven't gone back to make them fix my other orders but now I ordered 3 8pcs and I got 3 6pcs. This is BS. Try to call store and they put me on hold for 20min and now noone picks up the phone. F THIS.
