It was already unfortunate that this was one of the only good places to eat in kyle but now it's just bad. I ordered 4 burgers online and they managed to mess up every single one of them. And they forgot to put a french fry with the meal. Don't even think about asking for your money back because apparently "their system doesn't do that". Ruined the whole dinner experience.
Very long wait times on the drive thru. Not even too many cars, still had to wait too long for the person to take your order, and then even longer to get your food delivered to your car.Management should find a solution for better customer service.
Wife went there yesterday and she got her food. I only ordered FF and let me tell you they absolutely SUCKED they were beyond old. So bad my dog wouldn't eat any. We shouldn't have to order no salt FF to get fresh fries
Used the drive through and they got my order without any issues. They were fast even though there were 4 cars in front of me. They processed my QR code, took my payment and I then had to pull forward for maybe 2 minutes. My order was correct and hot! I got 4 breakfast taquitos and they were great. Thanks guys!!
I hate the fact that the franchise is owned by a Chicago based company, even so, I have never been disappointed in Whataburger and today was no exception. The Buffalo Sauce Chicken Strip Sandwich is a winner. My wife devoured her double meat Whataburger Jr. The fries ? we're hot and had just the right amount of salty seasoning.
Service was quick, place is actually clean today. Person running register not friendly and git my order wrong (wrong size fries). Since I was charged for the wrong size I did not make am issue of it.
Some white lady told me I couldn't order from inside after she had helped another white man infront of me. That was yesterday, now she in there taking orders inside. How tf does that work? They get to pick when they want to work?? Food should have been ready at 6:40 according to online curb side order. It's now 7:10. Had to call and complain and they are barley going to start the order smh
I use to love Whataburger, last year I think I went there maybe four times. And every time I ask for my fries to be cook to order, it never fails they're lukewarm. Plus the burger is lukewarm. I remember when the fries and burgers were hot the only thing good there is the onions and tomatoes at least they are fresh. Whataburger what has happen to the best burgers in town, if you can hang because you have too many customers or is it the covid thing. I went there today first time this year hoping this visit would be different, again lukewarm warm everything, but the onions and tomatoes were great. The milkshake was good. I will have to back to Dan's Hamburgers, it might cost more but they serve hot burgers and fries, Whataburger goodbye.
(old review) My wife's bbq bacon burger was supposed to have grilled onions and she even asked for extra grilled onions but there were none at all.(New review 1/8/2022) REALLY BAD SERVICE!!....We ordered our food as usual and at the window I asked to add the new buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. They politely added it to my order and we were asked to pull forward while we wait. No problem for us. Our food is brought to us, but the buffalo chicken sandwich isn't in the bag, so my wife asks the person who brought our food. The person goes inside, comes out and ASKS if WE could check the bag again and we assure her it wasn't in there. She then asks for the bag herself, AS IF WE WERE LYING!! So we hand her the food and my wife asks if they can also add more BBQ sauce to her sandwich LIKE SHE ORIGINALLY ASKED when we first ordered!! The employee takes our bag inside, comes back a while later with our food complete, BUT They didn't add more BBQ sauce to my wife's sandwich. (There was BARELY A SQUIRT of BBQ Sauce to begin with) My wife has to take her sandwich inside herself now! Too bad we can't give HALF A STAR.
must have spent $500 on whataburger this year alone, and it was worth every penny. feel free to judge my eating habits if it makes you feel better lolall jokes aside, I absolutely love this place! def my go to
