Customer service was non-existent. fries were overcooked and the burgers were tasteless. Got the chicken nuggets kids meal, the nuggets were good from a kids perspective. I explained to the lady at the window that the person taking the order and herself lacked proper customer service, they didn't repeat the order and she practically threw the order at us through the window while not even closing the bag, which let out the hot air from the food. Not wanting to give 1 star ⭐.
Yesterday after my daughters recital we had an altercation with my violet ex husband, both of us (my 6yo and me) were really scared and upset, the day before, I’d promised my daughter I’d buy her Wendy’s after her recital, so I drove there and was trying to calm her, without realizing, I forgot to place the order on the speaker and arrived at the window without any order, both ladies there were confused I apologized constantly while my daughter was still crying out loud, I told them I needed a kids meal and that I’ve forgotten to order in the speaker, I was a wreck and I was still shaking, and crying and in shock, they were very patient and sweet and took my order there and let me pay and everything.I just want to say thank you ladies, someone else could’ve told me to go around back to the line again, when I only wanted to get home lock the doors and be safe, thanks for your compassion and patience, meant a lot to me, you never know what others are going thru.
Ive worked at a fast food place before so I know when a frozen patty has been fried for the wrong amount of time. The spicy chicken sandwich I got was barely warm and was not fried all the way. It was obvious to me that they took it out the fryer at least a minute or two before it was done that type of stuff is not cool and just shows the laziness that these workers have. DONT ORDER FROM HERE they don't care if their food is fresh or if its raw, they would still sell it. Never coming back to this place. If the workers are going to do that they might as well quit, why sign up for a job if you're not going to do it properly? What's even more sad is that they'll keep doing this I bet.
Dropped my car off at the discount tire next to the Wendy's, so I didn't have a vehicle to go through the drive through. There were several employees at the front that refused to let me in to get a meal. They could care less that they waved me away. No wonder this place never has customers. Congrats Wendy's, you just lost another and his family! ?
Very rude while taking my order in the drive thru. Came to the pickup window, took my payment, then pretty much threw my bag of food at me and closed the drive thru widow. No thank you, have a nice day. Also saw a gentleman eating behind the counter, that was an employee.
Ordered 2 fish sandwiches and a free tiny frosty. The fish tasted awful so my wife threw hers away. I ate mine cause I was hungry. Then I had an awful aftertaste. Won’t ever order that again. The frosty was good.

The pricing is not amazing and I tend not to buy the combos for that reason and just get the 6-piece nuggets. Everything else just seems so expensive.The food is generally good, but I've gotten occasional batches where the nuggets were soft rather than crispy.
I have just added this Wendy’s to the places to which I will NEVER return. I went inside to place an order. After being ignored for several minutes, I was finally told that they were only taking drive-thru and online orders. No problem, I’ll just download the app and place my order. Meanwhile, as I’m waiting for my order, two people walk up to the counter and get waited on. Again, no problem I already ordered, and since I ordered online everything should be correct. 20 minutes later, my order is tossed up on the counter. No calling, no text… the guy that wouldn’t take my order put it there. I was sitting 15 feet away in direct view. Rude. To top it off, of course when I got home they forgot the fries.
Wow.. haven't been in for a while. Floor sticky.. restroom was uh.. ok.. just no personality in staff. They seemed exhausted.. soda machine inside wasn't working right and that was an inconvenience to have to help me from behind the counter.. sad as use to go here a bit.. now definitely off the will return soon..
