First time I've ever had a bad experience at a Taco Cabana. Somehow I must have been inconveniencing the cashier at the window today. She seemed upset that I wanted to add some extra drinks to my order. I told the cashier never mind I will not be purchasing the drinks. I was looking forward to supporting my local Taco Cabana, but I will not be coming back. The drive thru cashier needs to learn a bit more manners before serving customers.
This place sucks long line not there fault no one has staff but I've ordered maybe 3 or 4 times black bean tacos to wait all the way upto the window after ordering that they are out of black beans... so now I goto the order line and ask if they can check if they have black beans today. And one time they were out of rice and black beans like really?
Taco Cabana has changed several times over the years, but the food quality has remained consistent. The bean and cheese tacos are my favorite. Which reminds me, they sell taco boxes here (I think 10 or 12 tacos in a box) which are great for parties, events or to just be the cool co-worker that feeds everyone tacos.I recently dined in and was disappointed to see the salsa bar no longer existed. You will have to ask for salsa while ordering your food or catch an employee afterwards.
Omitted an item, didn’t make an item correctly (left rice in and dispersed it through the entire salad) and when called they left us on hold; when we called back they aggressively claimed it was too difficult to look up the order’s receipt. They could have answered in any way that wasn’t defensive but they decided to actively lose a customer instead…
The breakfast tacos are great. Good salsa. I dud not like the enchiladas, but it's mainly a taco place!
Not at all pleased w the service and the portion. I counted 8 tiny pieces of shrimp on a large quesadilla. Never wasting money on that again.
I always stop at this location when I’m driving south from Austin. Last time I was there they had my breakfast taco box hot and ready like 5s after I ordered it! The weird scene is alcoholics buying nips at 9AM. I wonder if they even get out of the parking lot before drinking them.
Very disappointed. Obviously the meat or meat supplier has changed. Fajita meat and taco meat both had same weird flavor. Plus I paid for guacamole I didn't get. I won't go back
This Taco Cabana is Fabulous !!By far this is the BEST LOCATION I’ve ever been, food was delicious and the store was pretty clean.The management of this store seems to be really organized, The Manager Berenice is really kind and helpfulI highly recommend this place !!!
Even though they were backed up by eight cars I was able to walk in get my two tacos and leave in 5 minutes. The lady at the register was awesome as well as the manager. The establishment quit very clean. Very professional. Very impressed
