I've avoided coming to this taco bell location for years. Tonight I reaffirmed the reason I don't visit this location. Ordered online for drive thru pickup just to have to wait for 30 minutes in the drive thru. It's always been this bad, even pre-covid. This is just poor management. Can't wait till they're replaced. I would like to have gone in but their dining room is closed a 9pm. Supposed to be open till 11.

2/21/22 10am. I went through the drive-thru for breakfast, wanted mild and hot sauce packets. The lady at the drive-thru said it was only the breakfast and Diablo sauce. I have been there multiple times for breakfast and always got the sauces I wanted. I do not understand why the employee would not let me have those sauces. This will definitely impact my decision on where to go for my breakfast unless this issue gets corrected.

Consistently hates their customers - the last time I went to this location, I ordered online and paid online, then went directly over to the store, only to find out they close three hours earlier than it shows online. When I asked about my order, they only shrugged their shoulders and walked off. Two months later, I try again. Ordered and paid online, requesting to pick up order inside the restaurant. Walk up to the door only to have them lock it in my face. Waited 25 minutes in the drive-through line and asked why that had happened. The guy looked at me, closed the window, put my bag together (without part of the order), thrust it out at me without saying a word, then walked off. Could not get his attention about the incomplete order, and certainly could not go inside to ask about it.

The ladies at the drive thru were kind and the food was as expected, but later in the day... Started with uncomfortable stomach, then cramping, diarrhea, vomiting and low fever. I never go out and I work from home. I know I got sick from eating here today. ?????

Made an online order for pickup at 11:30pm. Cool, site says they close at midnight, and I’m able to place the order. It’s paid for. I get there about 11:20, and find that they have changed the hours of the store to close at 9pm “or later.” Their website does not reflect this, nor does their listing on Google Maps, nor any other listing I’ve found. Meanwhile, my order has already been paid for.Cost me a 20 minute drive and $12. Best bet I’m getting my order tomorrow morning.

The food is exactly what you'd expect from Taco Bell. It's good and the drive thru workers are pretty polite, but the line is unbearable almost all the time. I understand they might not be able to help that, but I'm hoping indoor dining opens back up to give the wait time some help.

The food was alright but could've been better. I did an online order for pickup through drive-thru and had a very long wait due to drive-thru being super busy. Still they were professional and acknowledged the long wait!

Horrible Customer service. Their hours are wrong. Employees are rude. Ordered thru their app for in store pick up and the door was locked they wouldn’t even acknowledge me and when I called, the lady was rude and told me drive thru only, waited 30 minutes in the drive thru

Very bad service took me like 50 min in the drive thru when I finally got my food, everything was cold. They might need a better manager to get everything in order in there

No sign showing dining room is closed. Laziness should not be an excuse
