Went in for a Vanilla nitro cold brew and received not that. Not iced, no sweet cream, and it tasted terrible! The service was slow, waited over 30 minutes for a grande drink, which made me late for work, and the girls didn’t even know how to make the nitro. I go to Starbucks to be a positive part of my day this unfortunately ruined my day. Last time I’ll ever go to Starbucks.
Our mobile order came out so quick we were shocked. Nicole, who was handing out the orders was super friendly and interacted with everyone. It was a really nice change of pace to see someone so upbeat and pleasant. Thanks for the coffee and making our mornings Nicole!
Love the service here, quick and never gotten my order wrong, and from one Hunter to another, Hunter at the cash register deserves a raise.
This place is always busy but they are very organized with their mobile orders and regular orders so you can be in and out faster than you can with other locations! Pretty impressive considering the size of this location.

We ordered ahead thru the app and I noticed it wasn't much quicker (just letting those of you know who are always in a rush) it seemed like those who actually ordered in person were getting their orders quicker. But they were quite busy about 4pm and a Sunday and the wait wasn't too long and everything we ordered came out one right after another and they got everything right. Great staff! They flow together well, thanks guys ???
I’m not really one to leave reviews but this starbucks is so bad. The staff are super nice and friendly don’t get me wrong but I purposely never go to this location because the drinks are ALWAYS horrible no matter what I order. I ordered the new sugar cookie iced latte and sent it back because it tasted like water. They made me a new one…it still tasted like water. Smh.
Love it! I usually order it on the app and pick it up, and there have never been any problems at all!
The BEST Starbucks in Kyle and better than any Starbucks in San Marcos! They always make my drink exactly how I ask it for. Light ice and they give me LIGHT ICE not regular, and when I asked for my espresso with oat and Apple Brn sug they make it right! I will drive the extra 15 min to Kyle because all the San Marcos Starbucks are not that good (alkek, lbj, outlet, 2 other main ones on 35) the baristas go above and beyond here (specifically the people who work around 8am and 12pm
