I will agree, this place is a hidden gem. I have been trying to eat healthier and pay attention to what I put in my body. I usually come at least once a week for a shake. The shakes are amazing and very filling. There is another "chain" place that is open here in Kyle. On their website, their peanut butter shake with low fat yogurt was almost 700 calories. I asked Victor how many calories in the shake I usually get and he told me, close to 300. I am a big fan of the protein they use as it does not have any after taste as some shake places do. I can come in, grab a shake and not feel like I am going off the rails with my diet.They also started adding doughnuts to their menu. This is a fantastic treat. You can eat them and not feel like you have wasted your daily calorie intake. I tend to like to get them with bananas and granola. I know they have açaí bowls that I have yet to try, but they look fantastic. I would love to see them expand their menu a little more. The fan favorites seem to be their teas.You owe it to yourself to pop in and visit these guys. Victor and his wife are very down to earth and knowledgable. I enjoy coming in and visiting for a little bit, before heading back to my home office.
The staff was very sweet, helpful, and friendly. Was definitely surprised when they didnt have any actual tea…they use water + powder. Im sure their acai bowls are good, but this tea….not so sure about

Adorable Local Shop. I had protein waffles with a cherrylimead tea. So good and did not feel bloated after. Def one of my new regular spots to visit before or after a workout ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hands down best shakes and teas and the bowls are the best I’ve ever had and the customer service is amazing always so welcoming
Great hidden gem, that doesn't need to be hidden any longer. I got tired of searching and searching for a good healthy bowl. Only place was traveling into Austin or deep San marcos. Now I found this spot, I hope it grows as a staple to this community. We need more healthy options around here and this has come to us at a great time. Shop local and eat great. I think I saw Waffle Wednesday ! I'll be there. The staff was great and I enjoyed talking to them.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! I wish I could remember the name of the tea I had, but I told the staff what I liked and they suggested the drink for me. It was delicious! Will definitely be back when I’m in the Kyle area and in the mood for a refreshing drink option!
