The food and drinks are usually fantastic but the service is very slow even. The staff are very friendly and that almost makes up for the slower service. Except that using the app you are not able to get deals, this is the only location in Kyle or Buda with this problem. The app always says currently unavailable which proves that they don't really care about repeat service.
I didn’t get the name of our server (April 21 around 9:00pm,) but SHE was the only one working, and working fast with a smile the whole time. She apologized to everyone for the delay while working and kept moving. We asked her and she did inform us she was the only one, so we gave her a tip and left. I hope the manager/ Owner see this and does something for her because I believe she deserves it. Richard Rincon
Sonic needs to get there act together on hiring employees. They are under staff and time line on service to the vehicles is terrible . And they never have ice cream at night
Just left this Sonic with the wrong food, again.(Rebel Dr., Kyle)The guy taking our order was distracted the whole time, but repeated our order back correctly, even confirmed extra gravy, but we got no gravy at all, instead got extra tater tots, and no onion rings. The chicken is dry, overcooked but cold. Not the first time we’ve gotten home with wrong orders from this location. It’s time to speak up. Don’t mind paying more when we choose to eat out but getting a correct order is expected. This Sonic is off our list.
This is the only Sonic in the Buda/Kyle area that I'll go to. The food is always fresh & delivered quickly to your car.
One of the quickest and nicest Sonics I’ve been to in a while, 10/10 service.
Love the ice cream here. Food is good. Kids that work there are all work hard for the customer. I always tip them, just for trying.
Anything off the menu is great, customer service is always awesome and they’re quick!
Ehh it's cheap fast food what else do I have to say. The waiter was patient though
