Anyone remember roller skates? This day and age, anywhere, the food makes it to your vehicle,, you tend to shrug off the stuff they get wrong... Stopped here for a bite recently and, well, wasn't even sure what was wrong... Ticket was right... But that wasn't what we got, well, not exactly.. ever had carbonated, unsweetened, Tea? Since one of us was missing a sprite zero completely, we think we know where that went... Ever get your tots with onions? Not that I'm against it,, but am against cheese tots without cheese.... onions or no. Someone inside got hungry and ate our coney dog. Thank you for the wrapper?? And so on... They did fix it.. and I appreciate them making it right and with a good attitude, and as confused as we.. lol. But it is, by no means, FAST food.... Even if you get what you order the first time...

In my case, I was charged full price for something that was offered at half price.This Sonic restaurant didn't make it right, and when I left feedback, neither did the chain.They act like you got it wrong.It's bait and switch.
I was charged for a meal that wasn’t mine, a total came on the screen I swiped my card and paid it, when the carhop came he said my transaction didn’t go through and he needed to swipe the card inside as well. Checked my bank statement for it and was charged 2 different totals for one meal. A 20$ meal became a 40$ one so I probably will not be returning.
did a mobile order and was missing a chili dog. Jacob was awesome and he was super helpful. I will gladly come back and next time I will check my order before leaving ???
Want to thank the manager on staff last night around 8:30pm didn't get her name but her professionalism shined after she found out our order was incorrect and cold. She came to our car, found out the issue and immediately began to resolve it. She remade our order very quickly and brought it back out herself. She turned a frustrating experience because he had crying hungry kids, into a pleasant visit to Sonic. This will now be a permanent stop when we travel between Austin and San antonio. Thank you
We went there twice and both times the shakes were terrible. The first time we went we waited 16 minutes for someone to take our order and the banana was just 4 big Chunks in the bottom of the cup. Today the shake was runny, no spoon, husband's drink was wrong and kids meal had no toy. Won't be going back.
Made online order, waited 10 mins before driving to pick up. Arrived approx 15 mins after order, waited over 30+ mins for order to be brought to me. Incredibly slow fast food restaraunt & ignoring of curbside pick ups. Be a long while before we return or recommend.
Didn't give us knapkins, condiments, silver, the little candies. Both drinks had spilled soda on the outsides. Food tasted good
horrible service messed up on my whole order the manager Chelsea was very rude.. I would never come back to this Sonic.. very poor service!!
The young people that work at this Sonic are awesome!!! They are always busy and I'm sure they are short staffed, but they are always smiling. The food is good and hot when we get it.
