Super impressed by how good the sandwiches are and the service was quick and the overall cleanliness was great I enjoyed the food and would recommend it to anyone who loves sandwiches

Ok so this is the closest one to where I live, so I go to this location. It has been nonstop with getting my order wrong. Its a simple one too. Fountain drinks taste horrible.

Okay I gotta say... Schlotzsky's is so good I love their food anytime I go!! But the lady who was taking my order through the drive through at this location is rude and her tone was just awful like she was tryna rush us ordering and she sighed several times and raised her tone saying "what else??" cuz we weren't finished and we were asking questions about the food... They weren't busy at all we were the only ones in line!!!!... Ordering felt so uncomfortable and awkward!!! It is true when they say customer service is important for any business, idk if she was having a bad day but don't bring it to your job!!! So My husband and I decided we won't ever go to that location again!! Luckily there is one is SM we'll go to from now on..
Ordered online. Wasn't aware they were under construction but was told drive thru only when I arrived.

I love schlotzskys and I visit one often.. I live in the Kyle area and I went to grab 50$ worth of meals around 7:15 on a Thursday night.. after waiting in line 5-10 minutesI got to the window to pay I was told that I could not pay cash.. only card.. I asked what the reason that was for and I was told they were about to start counting the register.. I didn’t have my card as I was using cash.. I informed the girl at the window that I only had cash and she straight up told me that she was going to have to cancel my order.. they weren’t accepting cash.. so we left with no food due to our order being canceled at the window.. not happy.
Love Schlotzskys ate in Kyle Texas everything perfect. So delicious and the sandwiches are made so neat.
