For the fourth time in a row, we ordered a family meal half spicy and half mild and got all mild. You have one job, how hard can it be??? Note to Popeye’s management, stop hiring clueless idiots!
We love Popeyes in general. But out of around 9 times visiting this location over months, only one time was really good and the rest of the times they either made a mistake on the order, shorted us on fries, gave us mild instead of spicy, the food wasn't fresh or something else was wrong. Today, our dine in order was forgotten and after over 20 min of waiting, I approached the counter only to be ignored for a few more minutes before I finally spoke up about my order not having come out in over 20 minutes time. And they weren't even that busy and had a lot of staff.They seemed very unorganized and in need of better training and/or management.
Order was totally wrong. Got 2 regular Cokes instead of diet Cokes. Paid of an 8 piece and got 3 strips. (We did not exchange it because we had already driven away from the window when we noticed the chicken)They did not give us beans and rice we ordered and we had to ask for it. Cashier acted very annoyed because we asked to change the Coke to diet and for the beans and rice not received. We will be going to Wendy's next door from now on.
I have never had someone so disrespectful as the person working register on 4/11 around 12:30/1pm. She acted like a royal B____!!! There was only one other table in the establishment. The lightest faux pas we dealt with was being rushed through placing my, and my child's, order. I wasn't sure exactly what I was getting since I wasn't allowed to order at my own pace (with no one behind us) for my child or myself. After, someone in our party went to ask for napkins - she said you're gonna have to wait and ignored him while making busy work on the front line. The drive-thru attendant had to get the napkins, even though they HAD customers and time-sensitive eork. When we recieved our order, one of the meals was wrong. She said, 'you have to tell me that when you order.' He said, I thought I did (and yes he had - confirmed by 3 people in our party.) She said no you didn't, took the serving boat containing his food, dumped half the fries out, and finally put the correct pieces in (sans fries). She asked if we wanted sauces but wouldn't stop long enough for us to tell her yes or what kind. It sucks because the place was clean, the food was good, and the rest of the staff was nice.
We went to Popeyes chicken today allways good the chicken sandwiches are great but the shrimp are tasty but the size on tv commercial are not what you get in the box isn't it something how they show food on commercial oh whoa but when you get it not what you get just saying
Got a delivery dropped at my house that I did not order. I texted all my neighbors around me to see if it was there and let it sit on the porch for over 30 minutes before I had to leave. I gave it to a neighbor that was willing to take it since I was leaving to go to dinner. While I was gone, over an hour after delivery, the person that ordered it showed up at my house and proceeded to ring the bell over and over and pound on my door while on the phone with Popeyes. There was no receipt or anything with the order. I feel bad for the person whose order it was and I hope they were refunded. USPS doesn't give out addresses, Popeyes shouldn't either.
I came inside cause I saw a big line for drive thru and I had a online order so I went inside instead to get my food manager also walks in asking if everyone was helped 25mins goes by and they didn't tell me my food was going to need to be dropped for 15mins on tenders manager talking with employees laughing nd having fun and asked me what's my order when the employe next to her knows it's my order nd leaves it there same goes for manger knowing it was a online pick up order I just placed 25mins before everything was done
staff very friendly. awesome food. very helpful with menu. fast service ! especially around the morning time.
This place is the worst. Just the last 2 times I've been there I've had to go back for them to get my order correct. The store manager with the colored hair always has an attitude. I asked for my money back cause my order was messed up and he told me here's the rest of your food now leave. I will not be going back there. I called the general manager Zammy and she didn't even try to hear me out. She just agreed with her manager and that was it. Horrible place to eat.
Service was outstanding! The brown gravy is spicy and is terrible, I prefer white gravy on my mashed potatoes. The chicken was spicy like I like it but it was tough and dry.
