Pizza Hut on 1626 is amazing. They make super delicious pizzas and other goodies. The Manager Ryan is outstanding! He is professional, customer service oriented, dedicated to the business and proactive. Staff issueTried to order 2 pizzas over the phone. Guy I spoke with was not paying attention. Gave my card information to him 3 times in easy to remember 4 digit intervals. He then proceeded to lie and say my card was declined. He tried it twice while going through the “I’m sorry Sir” it’s just not working routine, I just gave up and politely got off the phone and ordered from another store without issue. Sad really, first time I ever had problem with staff.

Both pizza had zero marinara sauce on them and very little cheese. Besides that baked well, topping were good. Just no taste due lack of sauce and cheese.
Make sure the quality of food is better. Our pizza, pasta and bread sticks were over cooked.
pizza wasn't cut and our delivery driver seemed as is if he was under the influence of something how he was coming to the door and then while he was at the door. also when he got here instead of going to the door he went to my truck for some odd reason. just a horrible service, dominoes is where we will go I guess now. we also got the wrong wings. pizza was not soft or hot by any means. it literally broke when we were trying to tear pizza where there seemed to be cuts but weren't. the dough was chewy and cold. just an all around unacceptable disappointing experience ever. you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I had a long day at work and when I picked up my order it was wrong and I had to wait 20 more minutes for them to replace it! I was so upset and tired! However, One of the supervisor's...Caroline apologized for the mix-up, and worked efficiently to make sure I was satisfied! She was very professional and customer service friendly!
