The only thing I hate about papa John's is when you call you don't talk to the store you talk to a central call center. I called to order a pizza and was told the store was closed and it was only 7 pm. I asked why and was told they weren't taking on line orders you had to walk in,so I drove all the way into town and they were closed. I was very disappointed in this as it's the only pizza I like. I don't know if I will try and order again from this store .
I walked in at 8:30pm and ordered "The Meatsa" basically a meat lovers pizza. They said 10 to 15 minutes... It actually took 20... But I figured they were just busy. They gave me my pizza an receipt and I went home. When I got there it was a pepperoni... And the receipt was for a stuffed crust extra bacon. WHAT?? I tried calling and got the most OBNOXIOUS answering machine EVER. It repeated 8 times until when it said, "I bet you want our stuffed crust pepperoni doncha?" And I yelled, "No damnit.".... Then someone picked up. It was s call center. I explained what happened and they FINALLY transferred me... It rang 16 times and hung up.Next day ai went there... And finally got yhe right pizza. Jeeze.
Instructions left on the order said specifically "Please call" because I don't want delivery drivers knocking/ringing the bell due to my reactive dog-in-training. Delivery drivers consistently knock/ring the bell instead of calling. When I call in about this, I'm told to "call them ahead of time" if I don't want anyone knocking. Behold: calling them ahead of time doesn't do anything to actually stop the driver from knocking or ringing the bell.I have called ahead five times, now, and still get someone knocking on my door each time. What do I have to do to get these drivers to read my Delivery instructions??? I've marked it in my instructions, called ahead, and even have a SIGN on my door. I've done my due diligence and expect Papa John's to do theirs.READ. YOUR. DELIVERY. INSTRUCTIONS.People have babies, roomies working from home, elderly folks living in their home that startle easily. Please, for the love of customer service, READ?YOUR?DELIVERY?INSTRUCTIONS.
The blonde guy who gave my my order today Monday 4-18-2022 around 12:45 -1 pm was really great !! Super kind and professional . Pizza is always good too.
Worse service ever!! Like the pizza but waiting 2hrs for delivery is ridiculous. My order is frequently wrong, the order takers barely speak English...most likely why the orders are always wronb!!
I order from Papa Johns in Kyle more often than I’d like to admit lol ? it’s just that we love this pizza!!! This location is absolutely awesome, the best pizza ever! And consistently delicious ? - thanks!
Ordered two pizzas and one of them was incorrect. Went back to get new one and they were kind and friendly giving us the pizza for free due to mistake. Great service and very friendly staff!
The pizza is great BUT for the past 6 times they have messed up our order. Ordered from the app this time and they still messed up our order. Have to wait 10-20 mins each time for them to remake or make it again. It's only 1 or 2 pizzas each time too nothing crazy.
Pizza is always great from here and orders are always aligned with the time frame they give you. Great customer service and orders are always correct!
Worst Papa Johns I ever been to!Miscommunication with the employees in person and over the phone. Would not recommend anyone to go there for good service since they don't know the meaning of it.
