Absolute worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to! They close their lobby early, and we found hair in our food during our most recent experience. In general they are not good with the multiple times we have been here. They are always out of food before closing. Just terrible! They asked if I have the hair with me? Are you kidding me? My wife threw it up! Luckily I got a refund. But still… Do I have the hair with me? Yes, it’s with the finger that was “found” in the Wendy’s chili.

Megan is awesome, they charged me for chicken teriyaki and didn't put it in the bag. But Megan took care of it and was so sweet. Definitely recommend and I'll also will be going back ?

I go here every so often and the food isn't very good compared to other pandas. I just ordered today and got orange chicken that is burnt and as hard as a ROCK. It's completely over cooked and you can tell it's been sitting out much longer than it should be. I love me some Panda but this specific location is pretty awful.

The food is good when you can actually get it. Multiple times I go to this location it seems like the priority of the employees is getting off on time, not serving customers. I arrived just before 9:30p to the drive thru (dining room closed). There was ONE car in front of me and it took 10 minutes for me to pull up and for them to have nothing left and for them with a closed kitchen.This is the second time recently this has happened.

Placed an order online at 4:37 with a pick up time of 4:47. Arrived right at the pickup time and my order wasn't being made. They finally started making my order 5 minutes after the pick up time. They made 75% of it and left the plates out waiting for one entree for one of the plates. Those plates sat on the counter for 15-20 minutes with multiple employees opening the containers throughout that time for some reason. They finally finished making the one entree and tried to plate the last entree into one of the containers and give it to me like nothing happened.... At this point I had been waiting 20-25 past my pick up time so I asked for refund and refused the food that had been sitting on the counter for 20+ minutes. It took the manager another 15 minutes to come out and do the refund. In all it took 45 minutes before I could leave the store with a refund in "3-5 business days". Huge waste of time. Save yourself the trouble, don't order things online. If they are missing an entree be ready to wait 20 minutes....

My experience was unprofessional was only had 3 very simple orders. Brandie is the person at the window. She only said the total and we asked for teriyaki sauce and she did not put it in the bag. She was not communicating with us what so ever. Normally you say to your costumers have a good night or thank you but she also had rude expressions. Not to leave out she got our order wrong and did not give us forks or napkins. We were very nice from the start as well.

It's very good I would definitely recommend getting some Panda Express if you like Chinese food

Huge fan of Panda Express... But this place is poorly managed, and the very young employees were extremely unprofessional. They were out of all of their sides except for fried rice, they did not have any chopsticks, and when I asked for silverware they said that it was in the bag. 20 miles down the road and I have my passenger check... There is definitely no silverware in the back. Somebody needs to take a look at what's going on over there.

What a rip off, barely any sauce barely any meat and the broccoli is dry and nasty. This food taste like 3 day old leftovers. Not to mention the drive thur girl was rude we were treated like we were a big inconvenience and even asking for extra soy sauce was going to really put her out. We will never go back to Panda Express the food and the customer service left us with a bad taste in our mouth.

Sometimes it's good. Sometimes they just give you like 5 pieces of chicken that are tiny. Like really add some more food. They employees don't lose if they add a decent quantity of food.
