This place does not want to hire drivers to get the product to customers. They have contracted with doordash and do not care about customer service. I appreciate doordash as a service but I wish they would take care of their 1099s. They bust their buts and should be classified as W2 Employees. This service has gone down hill. I will not give doordash the respect of being called a company because they refuse to take care of their fair share of taxes for their EMPLOYES. I am from Austin Texas and can say Gatti's Pizza has always been the best. They have found shortcuts and they are now in my book the most horrible place now. I started with the William Cannon location and even though it was not the best neighborhood the service was second to none. I always was in love with the detail that they showed. I raised a family very close to that place. Pizza friday was a regular thing. I have 4 children and did a little math. I have been a customer since 2007 I have spent over 3600.00 there and with delivery and am so angry with the Kyle location. I will never order there Again. I know there are other chains we can buy from and enjoy but I really feel we should take care of local Pizza Biz My advice is pls explore and stay away from this place. If you are new to K yle or Austin and are use to unsatisfactory standards be my guest. I Am from Austin Texas and this is unacceptable. Pls do not respond to my review. This is not a attempt for you to try to make it right. I am done.
I have never been one to leave bad reviews but I have also never been so disrespected by any other company. If I could leave zero stars I would! We placed an order for delivery and were told it would an hour. At an hour and twenty minutes I called to get an update on our delivery and was told that because I did not leave a tip it could take up to an hour and a half. When I informed the employee that it was suppose to be a cash tip she told me that she would call the driver to get an ETA. I ended up cancelling the order and the employee hung up on me so I called back to be sure that my order was cancelled and they were so rude and condescending!! I informed the girl on the phone that in the future it’s better to not hang up on on customers and they ended up calling my phone back about 10 minutes later just to say they would not be delivering to our address again…. I don’t think that will be an issue seeing that the employee I spoke too was so rude!!! I didn’t get the girls name but it was unnecessary to call a customer back just to be rude. Very unprofessional.
If i could give 0 stars i would, this place and staff are absolutely disgusting and rude, the manager gave me so much attitude and not to mention we found multiple strands of hairs in our food. Please I do not recommend going here.

I moved to Kyle almost two years ago and tried pretty much every pizza place in town. Gatti's is the only place that has consistently made good pizza. We order 3-4 times a month (sometimes more) and we've always been greeted with a smile and our order ready on time, fully cooked and still hot "out of the oven". We always order three "create your own" XL pizzas, and they are HEAVY with toppings, for a fraction of the price of other places. I have nothing bad to say about Gatti's and I thank you for your product.
Door dash is trash. They've forgotten my ranch and parietal every time I gotten it delivered. Just pick up the pizza yourself.

Ordered this past weekend, only to waste my days off in bed with food poisoning, Gave my little one an upset stomach. Not a good place, it’s like they recycle the pizzas or leave it out until someone decides to order
Don’t understand why every time I come here all the staff is doing is eating. I mean I get it your hungry but eat in the back where no one can see and wash your hands before touching the food your handing me
I remember the days when Gattis had great pizza...those are long gone.My wife and I ordered 1 pizza, 1 dessert and 1 salad with a quoted time of 1-hour last night.I guess Gattis doesn't have delivery drivers anymore? When our pizza was already 1 hour late, we called the store only to have nobody answer (we were on hold for 20 minutes)Turns out they had door dash deliver the pizza and the driver delivered our order 45 minutes after she left the store (and we gave her a $10 tip that she DID NOT deserve!)Our pizza was COLD like it had been in a fridge. The only good part was the salad. I'm so furious because the store wouldn't even let me communicate our problem with them. Thats a waste of $47I will never order from here again. Horrible customer service and quality of food served.
