This mod location is amazing. The staff is very friendly and they give great serving sizes. Gabriel Culiat will definitely come back again
My first time ever at this MOD pizza location was made exceptional by Chris on the line! He was kind, attentive and radiated positive energy! The manager was a little stressed and he was able to completely take care of us regardless of her quarrel with him on portioning. I will definitely recommend my friends to come to the Kyle location because of Chris!
I love MOD and have never had an issue with them till last weekend. My husband and I went and ordered a pizza we had them add bacon to it, however we started to eat it and it tasted bad like the bacon was bad. We went up to tell them that it didn't taste good like the bacon was rancid. The girl was like okay and then went back to talking to another staff member. Talking about something other then work! We took the bacon off and still later that night we both got sick so I'm not sure we will be back now. They didn't even take the bacon off the line!!
So I pulled up into the curbside and there was a car that was parked over the line, so I couldn't get into one of the two curbside spots. The other spot was taken so I parked in a non curbside spot and called and the lady gave me a snippy attitude when I told her that there wasn't any room to park in the spot. She said I'm looking at it right now and it's completely open, can you move your car to the curbside spot? Apparently the car had moved and there was now room but the attitude that she gave me sucked. I was already having a bad day and the last thing I needed was to be given a hard time from the lady at the restaurant I was buying food from. Other than that, I love MOD Pizza. I'm totally hooked on their 11-in pizza with pineapple, bacon, asiago cheese and mozzarella and of course, ranch dressing. So good. Please be kind to your customers.
Love Mod Pizza! The only reason for the low score is every time I've visited this particular location, the food prep area is horribly messy. Walled out before after seeing it. Makes me twice about coming back. Staff super friendly
Usually real good. Asked for well done on my pizza the bottom was still doughy... I was also informed they will no longer be offering the Lil mommas sweet peppers.
Amazing! It was my first time there and service was pleasant and enough room to sit and eat. Plus the pizza was amazing! I will definitely be back. Prices are great too!!
Absolutely ugly experience! I spent 90$ to have a salad shaken for me to get up and get after they forgot it! I showed up at 930 thinking it wouldnt be an issue since they close at 11,but they had little food stocked it was an absolute mess on the inside ,and the staff was clearly waing to go home. I I am usually pretty calm with restaurants being blah but after paying 9p$ to to be treated this was I wont be comming to mod again.
The women’s bathroom it’s not clean it doesn’t look pleasing with this new covoid variant it should be more cleaner .
This place is awesome for a quick single serve custom pizza! They make it supper quick and you can choose a premade pizza or create your own or even customize the premise ones if you wanted too. They don’t charge for extra toppings or meat from anything in the selection so I just went crazy and got a little bit of every meat they had because I was really hungry and it turned out great. The people behind the counter are very friendly and will give you whatever you want once you choose what you want to throw it in the oven for a few minutes and it comes right out hot and ready. Will definitely be coming back
