Manager Eva is extremely rude to the customers who are just asking questions when there is no other help around. We waited 20 minutes for our food after ordering. I understand things are different since covid, however, don't plan on coming inside if you expect "fast" and curteous service. As a side note, you can only order on the kiosks and if you want to substitute something you have to pay for the substitute (folded egg for round egg or sausage instead of bacon)
This is still one of the worse McDonald's I've been to. Customer service, they know nothing about, fast food eatery.... not here. Went in for a quick pick up and waited inside in line because the drive through was wrapped around the building. No one came up to ask if we've been helped and not once did they acknowledge we were there. If you want great service and fast food this is definitely not the place to get it from.
I walked inside to order and waited 15 minutes for my order. All I ordered was a smoothie. They gave me an extremely melted smoothie that I watched sit on the counter for 10 minutes. The second I was handed my smoothie,the employee walked away. I wasn’t even able to talk to someone about it because the employees kept walking past when I tried to get there attention(same reason I wasn’t able to ask about why I was waiting so long for 1 item).The card reader also scratched up my chip to the point where I have to order a whole new card. I also watched an employee tell a customer to speak English when he told her he didn’t speak English multiple times. She assumed he spoke English because he was white. Overall I’m extremely upset and disappointed.
Good McDonald's. Big Mac looked like the picture actually. It was on the colder side though. Still they've almost always do a decent job. Nice staff too!
Fries cold, very busy location, the TEA was sweeeeeeeet. There is overly sweet, just right sweet, been in container too long sweet going bad, bland, no sugar just sweet n low. There was right at the mark of overly sweet had to add water didn't help it. Just let the ice take over it is what it is.
I don't like how I got off work at they said their open 24 hrs and I just left cause their CLOSED!! I'm always hungry when off work and I work in Austin and live in Austin so I was really needing them to be open. Now I gotta go home and cook at almost 2am in the morning. ???? I just wanted my hot and spicy meal with a side pc of chicken nuggets. ???
My car overheated/set on fire today while I was waiting for my curbside order and the staff didn't hesitate to help! They went over and beyond putting out the fire and literally pushing my car out of the parking lot! I can't thank them enough and owe them much more, I appreciate it, my favorite McDonald's location. It was 3-4 guys 6pm, the guy with the red hair was the mvp! Thank you
The drive-thru line here is absolutely insane. If there are more than three or four cars in the line it opens up into three lanes for the drive-thru trying to get in and out locks the whole parking lot of and you'll be there for an hour and a half and no way to get out. As far as food quality goes it's McDonald's...
Sat in line for 40 minutes before i ordered chicken nuggets and fries. They forgot my nuggets and i didnt realize until i got home. Called them and was confirmed my nuggets were bagged but not given to me. No apologies were given. Drove back up to McD to get the nuggets and had to break in on a non work conversation to get my nuggets. Once again no apologies. I am so done with McDs.
Busy short staff and still was able to find time to go out of their way to get me my Mc flurry thank you.
