Normally do not have a bad experience with this location, however upon ordering 2 pizzas both had several long hairs baked into them. This is absolutely disgusting, and shouldn’t be tolerated.
Had pizza delivered last night. It arrived cold. I was missing half of the order. I tried called this location directly and got a “this line is no longer in service” message. I tried called the number in the little Caesar’s app and I just waited on hold for twenty minutes before it disconnected me.$10 is not a big deal but the insanely unprofessional service is unacceptable. The prices were also only a dollar or so less than dominos. So, not even that great of a deal.Will not be ordering from here again.
The absolute worst service ever!! The rudest people work here. They always have a lobby full of people waiting and the only person up front will walk in the back and never acknowledge people who are waiting. Then if your lucky enough to get spoken to they will make you wait at least 15-20 minutes and give you an attitude about it. It’s so obvious they hate their job and it shows in the look on their face and the way they talk when they actually do. Go anywhere else than here for pizza. It’s not even good just cheap but you I guess you get what you pay for.
If I could post below a 0 I would .. pizza and wings are not fully cooked... and I call to place a order, btw you can't place an order with cash, no answer.. even the one in kyle tx buzzy single.. when I call the one in san marcos it rings then it goes to a voice mail that can't record.. really. Been 2 hrs ...I want a veggie pizza can't order ahead without a card when i have cash. Horrible all around
I waited an hour and a half for two orders of crazy bread. And after I ask for a refund the crazy bread suddenly were ready. There is no excuse for these issues. And other customers ask to speak to a manager but some how there wasn’t a manager present, there must be some staffing issues.
I ordered a extra most bestest and got a freaking extra least favorite. Tf is this had one slice and it just taste like they used different cheese or something this is disgusting.
Tried three times to eat here and failed in the last week (November 22, 23 and 26) because God help me for some reason I enjoy the lunch combo in this place . It used to be a quick nice thing i can snag on my lunch at noon. but they have failed me so many times it is embarrassing.First time, I went in and they were out but offered to make one if I waited 10 minutes. Thus defeating the purpose of quick lunch break food. So sadly just didn't have the time on lunch, ended up back at work hungry possibly not their fault, I am cool with that.Next time I tried: attempted SEVERAL times to call them on the phone and place an order to make sure I could have one for lunch. Busy every single time, ended up just driving there on lunch and hoping for the best. Same thing again; somehow we don't have any lunch combo ready at 12. None in the oven or being prepared but you can wait 10 minutes for one. We'll 2nd time I don't have that long of a break to make it work. Back at work hungry again. ?3rd time today 11/26 1:15 pmTried calling off and on every few minutes for well over an hour to try and once again hope I can get that delicious deep dish on my lunch break. Busy every time I tried to call. Drove over there again and asked about a lunch combo. YET again none being ready or anyone giving a darn to make some. I decided what the hell and tried to call them in store. Busy signal again and no one around on a phone, no one talking on anything and yet we are too good to speak to our customers and take an order. Phone off the hook on purpose?Just give up on advertising the lunch promotion and admit you don't have a franchise who gives a damn about their customers.
Delivery was fast and accurate. Pizza was really good. Wings were so awful it tasted spoiled. That’s really to bad cause everything else was fine.

After, a horrible experience with the San Marcos location. I swore I wouldn’t return to another location. After passing by and seeing that you didn’t look to be busy, we stopped. They didn’t have a cheese pizza available. So, we said that we would wait until they could get one made. We order two pepperoni and one cheese. Didn’t ask or expect to get the other two pizzas made fresh, but your cook decided to go ahead and make all three pizzas fresh and deliver it to the front for us when he finished. THANK YOU!!! I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, but rather with common decency. I greatly appreciate it. Especially, after how we were treated at the other location. The leftover pizza was even better today!
