We have been coming here a couple times now and have enjoyed many items one including tajin with lime but our last visit was extremely disappointing we brought our family from out of state and me and my husband got tajin with lime. Again and I went to use the restroom and as I came outside my husband let me know right away how bitter and different it tasted like when the lime loses its natural taste. Example its like a lime that starts to get discolored and brown and it’s bitter and you just throw it away. I did end up trying his and it was sadly disgusting and I asked if I can change mine and the young lady asked her manager and she said no which upset me I always tip and never complain. Well they lost us as clients.
This place is absolutely the best ice cream shop I've ever been to. Their selection is plentiful and they always have new flavors coming out often. I've always taken my friends and family here when they visit us from out of town. They love it as well.I was upset today when my 13yo son walked in to buy ice cream and a mangonada for me. He walked out with the order but my mangonada was way overfilled with chamoy. I order mangonadas all the tkme there and it has never been like this, EVER! I walked into the shop right after my son returned to the car to see if they can remake another one for me since I haven't touched it yet. I gave it to the young lady and told her she just made this for my son and if it's OK, if she can remake me another one with much less chamoy because this is entirely too much. She went to the back and I think the lady owner came out to speak to me. I think she's the owner. Anyways, she told me that she can make me another one but I would have to pay at least half price. That's crazy considering that I gave them back the mangonada that wasn't even touched. It would be a total of me paying $11 for a single mangonada. Not right at all. I ended up asking for a straw and sucking out all the excess chamoy. I shouldn't have had to do that. Still my favorite ice cream shop. Just disappointed with this visit.

Fantastic ice cream and ice cream pops. It is definitely a treat for all ages! All made with fresh ingredients, my favorite so far is the mango ice cream, but I have just started to explore!
La Olas ice cream is the best. Especially the cookie monster. Also, their service is pretty good. It's like putting rainbows and unicorns and mixing them together and getting La Ola.—me

It’s a nice little shop with good flavors. Had the rocky road with mazapan. It was really good and served at the right temp.
The place is good I like coming here on occasion, every time I come here I spend about $60 bcz that’s how good the ice cream is.I got a bubble gum paleta, I was enjoying it till I found a hair almost halfway through eating it and also got their new strawberries with cream which sounded so good but when they brought them to me I wasn’t excepting the cream to be yellow. But didn’t think anything of it. When I tried it, it wasn’t your traditional fresas con crema it just tasted like egg nog with strawberries. But it is what is it..
Wow…. The paletas and elote cups are ? bomb… good stuff!! I recommend this place… a bit modern but none the less it’s a great spot with open area for kids to run around and tables outside to enjoy these snacks…. They also serve scoops of ice cream and I’ve got to say the flavors seem exclusive!! Don’t sleep on this Gem!!! ❤️
I really like this place and it breaks my heart to post this …. How can you cell corn in a cup without regular mayonnaise? I wanted a bit of spice and this is horrible . I wish I would have known . Will never get this again
