Very terrible customer service..... Get the order wrong when it's right in front of them .... Can't understand what the customer is saying the front desk woman but the person behind them heard me perfectly fine..... This place isn't worth anyone's time or money .... It's a wonderful how this place stays open with terrible customer service like that ...
MARICELA, offers the WORST customer service ever. Today I went to pick up lunch and decided to go to KFC, NO ONE was in the line . in fact there is hardly anyone in the line each time I visit!! I pull up to the speaker and was greeted by MARICELA, I wasn't sure what I wanted. I think this is common for most people and hey I could change my mind once I see the FULL menu. When I was started ordering, MARICELA was speaking so fast and speaking over me that I had to tell her to HOLD ON!! She continue, speaking OVER ME where you would have thought the drive through line was wrapped around the building. Once I completed my order I asked the person at the window were they the one that took my order she said yes, as if she offer GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked her why was she speaking so fast, She tells me that they ONLY have 50sec in the drive through to complete an order!! I told her you have GOT to be kidding, she then began to have an even worst attitude and became condescending. She handed me my order and I asked her for a receipt, she closed the window in my face and had the nerve to say she is waiting on the receipt to print. So it take 60 seconds for the receipt to print but you have 50 second to take an order in the drive through. THE management staff needs to focus on Customer Service Training and how rushing the customer at the drive through can impede on sales.
Well it wasn't like my momma used to make but for some food in a pinch it was tasty and the pretty lady with the curly hair was very polite and gave me good service
The ONLY reason I am giving them one star is because of the coleslaw! It was filthy in the restaurant! I know it's an old location, but that's no excuse for the lack of drinks in the self-serve fountain, no napkins, no tea, and no utensils. I ordered both chicken and fish with extra sides. ($30.00) At one point a man came in and wanted the family tenders meal, but the cashier told him they were out of tenders and sent him to Popeyes! I should have gone there too! The tenders I got were so dried out and flat I didn't waste my time trying to eat it! The fish dinners were greasy too! Come on KFC! Get it together! :-(
Just ate kfc. I have to say allways liked kfc for years but waited to give review until I ate few times to be fair. The chicken was dry seem to be sitting for hours biscuits like concrete. Cookies were stale. But have to say most biscuits wherever you go are hard. Don't cook chicken hrs in advance but still have faith in kfc just saying
This is not the greatest location for a restaurant, but I wanted to give it a try anyway. Huge mistake. The chicken was disgusting. It had to have been sitting around for who know how many hours. It was cold and the skin was falling off, since it had been cooked many, many hours prior to my arrival. The drink I chose was Lipton raspberry tea. That is not what I got. It was an overly sweet (not drinkable) raspberry drink with no hint whatsoever of tea. Wonder when the last time that was cleaned? DO NOT GO HERE, it is not a well run place. To the owner, if you want to stay in business, make some some changes, starting yesterday! Inspectors, you may want to pay this place a visit to keep the public safe.
Stood at the counter for no leas than give minutes without anyone even looking at me. Thats okay. They're busy. Six e ployed were visible. Manager at the drive thru. Finally comes over to me and says they are out of chicken. 30 minutes wait. While I was standing there waiting, though, she managed to take two big orders fron the drive thru. I just had one small order.
First time to this store. Not to happy about it because I te was a bit dirty. It is attached to a gas station and people come and go through both entrances. Waited about 15 minutes to get my order and some customers left because the wait time was going from a few minutes to more than 30 minutes. Staff spent more time talking than attending the customers.
No matter what time of day I go, the fried chicken is always hot, juicy, and fresh. Never once have I encountered a time where I got stale old chicken. This location has never let me down.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy food, this place gives you old, refried, hard to chew food. Can't give zero stars otherwise I would.
