This location has been getting slower and slower. Today I called in an order to avoid delays and upon my arrival it wasn't ready. They said it would be a few minutes and they were really busy....hmmmm1 person was leaving as I arrived. There was 1 person eating and another had just finished her order. While waiting a doordash guy walked in and his order wasn't ready either. There were about 6 orders waiting for someone to arrive.While waiting they forgot about me not once but twice...finally a person rushed my order.I think it's time for a management shake up.I won't be coming back for a while and recommend that if you want a sandwich..go somewhere else.Firehouse is across the freeway, Which-wich is down the street and HEB has Antoine's. Jimmy Johns and Thundercloud are about 8 minutes down the freeway. Really disappointed ?
I was that customer who walked in 5 minutes before close, and even then they were extremely nice to me! The person who helped me was Mike, and I gotta say he was in such a positive mood and definitely made me laugh, even though it was the fact it was his birthday and he was stuck at work. That positive interaction made my night! Thank you, nearly birthday twin!
I love Jersey Mike’s, I put in my order over 45 minutes before I got there, and I still had to wait a very long time as people kept walking in and ordering from the counter and got their food before me, really silly. I’m disappointed today in Jersey Mike’s……. Then I got home and my order was wrong ?
A great spot with fresh subs. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very friendly. I always order the veggie and it’s a refreshing option for hot days!

Staff was very attentive to getting my order just right. I’m happy to see the new friendly faces at Jersey Mike’s in Kyle!! I will definitely be returning soon. I just wish they still offered honey mustard.
walked in (most jersey mikes don’t have a pickup station, they keep orders behind the counter so i didn’t know it would be on a shelf somewhere else) and the girl acted like i should’ve known that upon coming in when i said very nicely that i was there for pickup lol. being nice is completely free, maybe include that in the training lmao
Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sub shop! This particular location has met me with a great staff! Very personable, asks how my day is, if I have any great plans, all while making my sub exactly how I like it! I usually take it to go and they are fast and efficient! I always choose this location because of the friendliness, cleanliness, and the bacon is always crispy! Thank you Jersey Mike’s in Kyle Texas!
Ordered a mini got a regular charged for a regular.Flipped my sandwich on the prep table and picked up all the leftovers on the table. They put it on the bun anyways.Cut the sub uneven from the top which caused the ingredients to go everywhere in the wrap and my hands.
