Came to the drive thru at 11pm last night and was waiting in front of the menu for 30 minutes (with a full line in front of and behind me, mind you) nobody greeted me or anything, and suddenly this girl comes on the speaker and very rudely says “you DO know we’re closed, don’t you?” Uhh… clearly not. Why would all these people be posted up in front of a drive thru menu for fun? Not only does it say you’re open until 1am online, the hours on the window said different hours too. Plus all the lights were on and they served the people in front of me. You guys need to change the hours online if this location has decided to start regularly closing early, we’re not psychic. Secondly, some of the employees need customer service training. If there’s a reason for closing early, there’s a way to say that, that doesn’t include barking at people.I wish I could give a review on the food, but if the service I received last night is any indication of the food quality, I wouldn’t want to try it anyway. Also; to the manager or whoever is responding to the reviews, from what I see, this has clearly been going on for a while now. Nobody wants to click on links and talk to more people about bad service. Don’t respond telling us you want to make it right, actually do it. If you don’t, you’re all talk and you deserve the bad reviews.
Went through drive through at 11:40pm and was told they were only taking orders through the app. I don't have the app. There was a car ahead of me so I was stuck. I had problems with the app downloading and was told to go to the parking lot to download and order because it would still take a minute to order, for them to receive the order and make the order. Then i was informedthere were no cars in front of me. I left. I usually go to Kyle. Is this their practice now?
This location is hit or miss. We stopped by for an order of egg rolls today. The line is always backed up. There were at least 5 cars in the line. As we got to the speaker, "Juanita" who did not even greet us or say, "Welcome to Jack in the Box" yelled in a rude manner, "give me a few minutes!!!". We both looked at either other say, "gee, she is friendly" sarcastically. We waited for a few minutes until she came back and said, "ok I am ready!!!". We place the order, got to the window. The young kid who was working the window was way nicer than "Juanita". I decided to give them one extra star because he was polite. We did have to ask for sweet and source sauce and request a receipt more than once from the young kid.The egg rolls were good. They were lukewarm when we got them. There were a tad bit greasy, but were flavorful and hit the spot when we ate them.I am not sure management needs to do with this location. The service can not be so "off" almost every time you go there. It has gotten to the point where we will go someplace else because of the rude service. The very rare time where we go in, it is like everything works like clockwork. Those times are very few and far between.
We just went through the drive through and are missing half our order...HALF THE ENTIRE THING...and ALL off our drinks were off the wall wrong!! GI figure NO ONE answers the phone.
I drove through the line and mid order I told the guy I forgot my wallet and that I was sorry but I needed to cancel the order then the guy was like nah man I gotchu what do you want and I walked away with my food for free absolutely the best service I’ve had at a fast food place my entire life
I went through the drive thru tonight around 11pm and ordered a jacks munchie meal “spicy nacho chicken” I get home check the bag and this is what they served me!! You can’t just make up something and piece it together and serve it to people! If they would’ve said they had no chicken or something then I would’ve changed my order but nothing was said. Be sure to check your food before you leave the window!
Went there tonight while it was raining. Girl at the window was upset that I wanted to order where you pay since they have no overhead. Gave me a complete attitude along with some cold food. Learn some manners young lady.
Under the current circumstance with COVID-19. With no one wanting to work. They’re doing a great job! Everyone needs to be patient.
They actually have a very good customer service and while they may get busy from time to time at the drive through; they still are faster than other places I've been to lately. They are still closed for dine-in or in-store ordering but still have had a good experience last couple of times I've been! Good job!
Definitely not open 24 hrs. Went at 11pm and all lights are off and no answer. So just a heads up if you want a late night snack.
