The waitress tried to sit us right beside the employees doing silverware, when there was only one other customer there. When we asked for a more private spot she told us sit wherever and proceeded to talk about how we demanded to be moved and complained about it. Then while we were eating they talked about their dog peeing in the house and employee's throwing up in freezer and just leaving it their. We became disgusted and couldn't eat anymore and decided just to walk out. Food was good but absolutely no manners and horrible experience.
Every single time I order food from this place, the order is wrong. Ordered New York Cheesecake on two orders and got plain pancakes. Twice this has happened ordering online.There is absolutely no quality assurance at this place and I regret ordering from them every time.
Ordered food online, breakfast sampler, poblano omlette, and mozzarella sticks. Nearly half of the breakfast sampler was missing, the pancakes we ordered were incorrect (that we paid extra for, and were given the normal buttermilk). Bacon, salsa, other items missing. Inside, the employees stared me down, and seemed to be annoyed to be there and that I was being awful for ordering. I understand service jobs are worse right now, but if they wish to not be there, now is the time to switch jobs. We definitely should've checked the rating on maps first, as the score is definitely explanatory of this location. We'll make sure to avoid it in the future.
This location has the best service. Our server was super attentive and always made sure everything we ordered was correct and to our liking. We most definitely will be back for future breakfast dates. ?Also wanted to say thank you for giving me the sugar free syrup for my pancakes, I really appreciated it.
I would give half a star if I could. I placed an online to-go order and when I picked it up it was missing an entree. I called the restaurant back in the hopes that they would remake it while I was driving back to the store but was told that it would be handled when I got there.When I arrived at the restaurant, I explained the situation and one of the hostesses consulted with her manager and then informed me that they could remake the item if I was willing to wait. I showed the hostess what I ordered, and she came back a couple of minutes later with a single piece of French toast in a to-go container with no condiments, utensils, napkins or anything.It wasn't what I ordered, and I received no apology or thanks for dealing with the restaurant's incompetence - just a piece of French toast. I was going to walk back into the restaurant to complain once I realized it, but at that point I felt like I was going to go off on a staff member, so I just left.

I went to this location earlier this morning. The hostess guided our party to a corner booth which was still dirty. The waiter came over to clean it off and apologized for it. I asked to get extra links to substitute for eggs because I don’t eat eggs outside my house. No extra eggs. Furthermore, there was a hair in the food upon receiving my order. I asked to just close out to go elsewhere. Also, if you’re Black American be very careful of the atmosphere at this location. There were some comments which I felt were directed towards me from some other guests but I kept my cool. Just stay away from this place. Horrible experience.
Very friendly staff. As we were getting settled, the waitress asked if we wanted coffee; coffee was delivered quickly after that. Food came quickly and was hot. Thanks Christina for a pleasant breakfast.
Food and service was great. They were out of a full section of the menu though and we were told till we were ordering. Would be nice to know before we start looking at the menu lol but was still great
i don't know what happened. i have told her i don't want any onions. but she still puts in my meal. When she gave me my order, I came out and she didn't give me my coffee and they didn't notice that I had to go back in and ask for my coffee again. And the coffee didn't give me any other ingredients like milk or sugar. That‘s a bad experience. This has never happened to restaurants of the same brand anywhere I've been before. When I asked how long the waiting time was, she told me 45 minutes to an hour, because it was too long for me to take away. But when I was waiting for my order, I found that there was no need to wait for that long. I didn't know why I was told to wait for so long.
