Unbiased opinion from actual Mexican people coming your way…To commence your experience you are to seat yourself leaving you to look dazed and confused which it’s frankly kind of embarrassing. Once you find a seat at what resembles desks facing the front of a classroom type vibes. Anyways the server was a lil shy so point off for her but she was very nice. As for food do not get the shredded chicken as it is simply boiled chicken with no salt some would say a spit in the face so don’t got for it. Food is not very authentic, if you have a strong palette for Mexican food I would not recommend this place. If you don’t, it’s be a solid 4 stars. I wouldn’t take my mom here.

The girls are very nice and friendly. The enchiladas are made with can sauce and the ground meat tacos tasted spoiled.BUT don’t come here for Coffee, it is the WORST coffee I have ever tasted. It is super bitter and leaves a horrible after taste. Maybe they use the same coffee grounds day after day.

They were pretty busy and it smelled good when we walked in so I got my hopes up. I got a plate with a combination of things, most of it was on the dry side with little flavor. The tamale was probably the best part. The service was good, they refilled the water glasses and even the chips and salsa. Only one bathroom each for men and woman so there was always someone waiting for it. Overall it was ok, can't really recommend it though.

I had the 8oz steak enchilada plate and it filled me up and was very good my wife had the sour cream enchilada plate and that was very good too. I would recommend this place if your in Kyle, not to pricey

Since pandemic began they have lost their excellence in quality &,quantity! We haven't been back to dine indoors since 2019. We occasionally order breakfast tacos to go. They have been disgusting. This past Wednesday we ordered Cervelet, egg & cheese. Hardly any egg & the sausage was cut so small & old like reheated. Our potatoe tacos also! The potatoes were old cut small some like hard. La Fonda & Spicey Bite for Life.?

I hope this reaches the owners. I placed an order for pick-up, a large queso and small guacamole with 3 drinks. Drove from New Braunfels to Kyle as I live in Kyle. My order was not ready, and I had to wait for an additional 10 minutes on top of the drive from New Braunfels.I understand your restaurant is busy and that is the reason for the call ahead order. I did not order any dinner plates or tacos or anything extra than the ordinary queso which I was told had to be made. Is this not an appetizer where this sort of item should already be pre-made?I love your restaurant and don't mind paying the higher prices but this kind of inconvenience has become a pattern over the last few months not with just myself but other friends and family members have told me they've experienced the same. I can go on about how rude my waitress Christina was but I was equally rude to her as well so I will let that slide. But this staff needs to be retrained and needs a better system of who handles what and not socialize so much.

I used to enjoy this place, I sent my brother in law to place an order to go, he arrived at 1:12 he than waited until 2:10 to get his order. Apparently the server placed his order on the table to the right of the register and forgot to inform him that the food was ready. He finally got tired of waiting and went up to ask where his food was they didn’t notify him that it was our order on the counter and it sat there for more than 40 mins. Then proceeded to give him the order that was sitting there for that amount of time, my brother in law told them he would not take the food unless it was remade. They went into the back came back 10 mins later and only offered a drink for the Inconvenience. Then I called when he got home with the food because i tried to eat my enchilada but we’re cold, missing a side and the order of fries I ordered for my son were dry and cold. Which the Manager Oscar only said he could give me a refund if I brought the food back which is an inconvenience to me again if I’m not the one who made the mistake to begin with, nor did I feel like ever seeing this place again. I wasted $38.94 at this restaurant and it was the worst way to start my Off my Sunday. Never again!

This restaurant claims to be open 30 years. 30 YEARS. Not quite sure how they have managed to stay open this long. Food is bland, not much substance. And after 30 years, they still can't afford a liquor license to make real margaritas. Very overpriced. Sadly it was a very disappointing experience. One star goes to the ladies working there that were really nice.

Not only of the food amazing but the staff is as well. Mexican is my favorite food and it was perfect. The chips are great, salsa is incredible and the enchiladas were awesome. I’ll be back!!’

This is by far the worse Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. The food is absolutely disgusting and has small portions The atmosphere sucks, cramped uncomfortable seating waitress doesn't even know the Menu and food was forgotten bathroom was dispicable Do yourself a favor and choose another place
