Seriously disappointed in the quality of the salad. don't have the ability to take a picture or I would show you. This place used to be really good. The last couple of times though the lettuce has been really bad, but just well-hidden enough that I don't see it until I'm home eating it.
Best place for a sub sandwich, great service, great workers who take the time to get your order right,awesome place
I ordered one rashahill with the honey mustard. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone should try the rashahill at least once
While we appreciate restaurants and their employees doing service to the community by being open during a pandemic, we expect them to still uphold the minimum level of service and quality that the restaurant offers. I will never eat a Firehouse again. My husband waited for 20 minutes inside as the only customer while the staff fulfilled online orders. Once we got our food, I couldn’t believe what I saw. The meat of my beef and cheddar sandwich had fat all over it which I had to cut off and was very unappetizing. There was barbecue sauce on the outside of the box. It made me wonder about their sanitary standards. Not what you want to think about before eating. It was clear that no care or attention was taken while making our food. It was disgusting. We are so disappointed. There are literally hundreds of restaurants to choose from, and if yours get chosen, we expect our food to be made as it is offered and properly.

I have been going to this location for years, and up until now, the food and service have always been excellent. Sandwiches are delicious. I ordered soup and salad tonight. The soup was very good, but big mistake on ordering the salad. There was a lot of "rusty" lettuce. I get it that they are made in advance, but the salads at Wendy's are better than here. I will not be ordering a salad here ever again. To the owner, you may want rethink you salad process.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Placed my order at 1:04pm and was told it would be 10 minutes. Received my sandwich 19 minutes later at 1:23pm but my soup was missing. I was then told it would take another 3 minutes for my small cup of potato soup. During my visit, there were 8 other customers impatiently waiting for their food. The reason? One of them had an order of 4 large bags of sandwiches plus 4 other bags of sides plus drinks. The staff made all other customers wait so this incredibly selfish individual could get her large order of food. After that customer left, the next customer to get her food commented that she waited for an hour. She walked out the door and the staff complained that she should know better than or expect quick service at lunch time. As I was eating my food, a family behind me finally got their food and the wife/mother told the staff that her sandwich was missing ingredients that she asked for. The staff member went back and forth with her about it then finally asked her for a receipt. Are you kidding me? All she wanted was toppings for her sandwich and they humiliated her in front of everyone. The soup is watery/bland, the sandwich is mediocre and the location is filthy. My $14 dollar lunch was not worth $5 dollars.
Very good food! Clean restaurant and super friendly staff, they also have an awesome Coke freestyle machine!
