The Huevos Ranchero's and enchiladas are absolutely amazing ! The staff is SO FRIENDLY , it makes absolute sense that they're a 5 star business ! Thank y'all for the great food and hospitality

The restaurant is To-Go only at the moment. They have a drive thru window, and staff came outside the take orders. My wife loves spicy food and she had their Spicy Chilaquiles. She ate nearly everything, but had to stop because she drank two bottles of water! So if you're looking for spicy, it's highly recommended. We tried their Pork tamales and they were great. A bit on a smaller side from what we are used to in Austin. Definitely planning to come back.
Barbacoa was too greasy and little to no flavor. No homemade tortillas. Tortilla soup was good though and great customer service

Bought a dozen of tamales today, tried a few of them, to discover that it was mostly masa, and very little filling, definitely not worth 15.50$, I’ve tried those from H‑E‑B, and were better for store bought ones and cheaper
Tacos are pretty good and drive through is fast. Love the red salsa too.

We've loved El Roble ever since their first location in San Marcos. The staff in Kyle are always so friendly. Their breakfast tacos are fresh and delicious every time. The line always looks long but they're extremely efficient! Only thing that can be improved is the bacon they use because it's way too chunky.
