I've been going pretty regularly for a few months now. The team they've hired recently are fantastic. They are kind and pleasant. They have been quick and friendly and the only time I've ever had an issue, it's been completely out of their control (out of stock for supplies, or app issues) yet they try their very best to make things right and never hesitate to offer a refund if they can't. I've never been given attitude or felt like they are annoyed to be there. Even when understaffed, they have managed to have good attitudes and provide great customer service.I'm giving 5 stars for 2 specific reasons. Their excellent customer service and they're breakfast menu and prices. I don't care for their donuts or coffee necessarily but the other two things I mentioned are enough to get me there pretty frequently.
i used to be a frequent flyer at this location, and i remember why is topped going. every single time i go, they somehow mess up my order. i understand the lack of workers right now. i get that, but this is ridiculous. i order the same drink every single time and every time it’s changed in some way or form or completely something different. very disappointed, will not be going back anymore.
I asked for a regular iced latte WITHOUT FLAVOR AND A WAKE UP WRAP!!!!!!!! I GOT A VANILLA ICED LATTE WITHOUT A WAKE UP WRAP!!!!!! I get things are hectic behind the scenes, but come on now, why would anyone add flavor to a latte if it hasn’t been specified?I should have known something was up when the lady speaking through the drive through was inattentive as hell.
There are plenty of businesses in the Kyle area where day time management is handled by what appears to be high school students. The difference there is that surprisingly most of these young folks do a terrific job of managing and customer service. This Dunkin Donuts location is a constant mess. Using the application to do a mobile order nearly always results in you getting your order after everyone in line has already been served. Even if your order was done well in advance with you putting in the work to ensure proper time for pickup. Today was the day I had to leave a review. The application allowed me to send an order through because it is under the belief that store hours begin at 5:30 a.m.. I was informed by the staff that they don't open until 6:30 a.m. also I know for a fact they serve me at 6 a.m. before. I told them the information that I ordered through the app ahead of time so they have my money. I told them that the app says they open at 5:30 a.m. I was not offered an apology or an escalation to a manager I was simply told that's the app. As if in this economy I have to let it take my money and I need to drive to my work location and haggle my time over the phone to get my money back and that's just fine.
Worst Service ever...I have been here for over 10 minutes waiting in the store on the inside...I guess drive through has priority, because the lazy fat people need their order more than I need my coffee...SMH. Don't waste your time with this Dunkin...go to Starbucks across the way...the service industry gets paid too much to move too slow.No Dunkin coffee for me.
First time ordering breakfast. It was terrible, had sourdough breakfast sandwich, eggs were artificial, absolutely no flavor, bacon was raw. Could not eat it. Coffee super strong.
Their iced mochas are delicious, but the hot chocolate is terrible. It's like vaguely chocolate-flavored water. I had to add a lot of chocolate syrup at home to make it even taste decent.
I would recommend not coming here if you’re in a hurry. 25-30minutes with three people in line to get drip coffee and glazed donuts. Terrible service okay donuts.
Yucky just nasty corporate Donuts I love the chain but you can tell it's a recipe it's not like the ones you see in town that are not name brand their donuts are big and fluffy these are all very military symmetrical the same product every time
Sometimes it's busy in the morning but the line moves fast. Can walk in and order for pick up or drive thru. Never really any issues
