Well I went to order my pizza, salads and soda. I spoke very clearly the guy in the phone repeats it back I said yes that’s it. When I driver gets here he has only a pizza and one drink. I asked where’s the rest and he says that’s it. Then says I wasn’t charged for the rest so I’d have to call back to get it and pay another delivery fee and such. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble with them. Going to start ordering from the Buntin? Creek store. No more of my business for you. Very disappointed.
Some of the staff are friendly, some need to work on people/ Customer service service skills but over all good is almost good

Dominos is getting worst and worst. First off the pizza sauce doesn't even taste like pizza sauce. They replaced the regular size sausage with huge chunks and then sliced them in half. Now you can't enjoy all your toppings in one. Let's talk about the wings. They use to coat the wings in sauce now they just drizzle the sauce on them like it's a Lil Debbie Cake but advertise fully coated wings. Dominos y'all are ?️?️Update from the food I bought yesterday from Dominos.So I called them about the wings. The manger had the Dominos team to remake the wings. When the delivery man dropped them off, the wings went from DRIZZLE sauce to NO sauce ??♀️??♀️

I did carside delivery early Friday night and when my time started it stopped about 15 secs later without my pizza being brought out to me. I had my hazards on like it says to wait when I arrive. I called the store after a few minutes because I wasn’t able to walk inside and get my pizza. The employee answered and said that she would bring it out to me. I asked about the 2 mins timer and why it stopped and she acted like she didn’t know. I asked her about the additional 60pts added to my account if it isn’t out to me within 2 mins and she said she didn’t know about the 2 mins or the extra pts added if it isn’t brought out to me by that timeframe. Her excuse was that they were busy but why have that service available if they can’t provide that service. Very disappointed!!!

We order from this domino's all the time. We have only had a issue one time and they promptly fixed it when I called. Last week we called and the person (justin) that answered was super friendly and helpful. The drivers are friendly and follow directions perfectly. We don't like them to knock or use our door bell as we have dog alarms lol. They just text when the pizza is on our porch. Will always use this dominos.
This location has gotten steadily worse over the last few months. Tonight, I ordered a pizza and it took 90 minutes to get to me. It arrived cold. At the 60 minute mark I called the store and was put on hold for five minutes and then the person came back and hung up. I tried calling back but the line rang to a dead voicemail box after that.Pretty awful service.
