The chicken tenders were so yummy! There was a long line, but we didn't have to wait too long. The sweet tea is definitely sweet!
My first time experience was great. Ordered about 77.$ Dollars the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Very nice and polite. Was parked and Food was brought out in a timely manner. The girl who brought my food was cute! And professional. Food was Hott and Fresh. Didn't even check it But when I arrived at my destination everyone was pleased no mistakes and Food was Fresh and everything was on point. Great job ladies and gentlemen would definitely be back for a visit
They won't let you even get dark meat only which is silly since it's a matter of just putting all of one kind. Went here one other time and underwhelmed for same reasons that others mentioned. Will be going to Golden chick from here out even if they're further away. Golden chick has no problems letting you have all dark meat AND they don't mess up your order
Customer service is always horrible. I'm always missing At least three things from my order. I went there just yesterday and I was placing a very large order and I drove off because the lady that was taking my order was just very rude. They have very good food here but I will no longer spend money here because of the horrible service.
This location always has issues getting the orders correct. Always missing something either fries or rolls or gravy. Food is good just order is always short something.
Good fast service. The spicy was to hot for my taste.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is so inconsistent it's not funny. First off, you'll notice on the reviews, no one person from the company bothers to try to make things right. They are obviously just accepting that this place is a dump & no one actually takes pride in their work.Also, I'd like to make it known that you can't file a formal complaint. If you call, they claim they will take your name and number and forward it on. Lol. Suuuuuure.So today I get what should be the simplest meal. A number 1. The roll, fries, & Cheese sticks were all cold. Got those as my choices, went for dinner option. The chicken strips are laughable. ( see attached pictures )For a $13 meal, it turned out to be a $13 waste.Take the time and go somewhere that cares about their customers. This is ridiculous.
Overpriced but has decent food, they’ve raised the prices so much that it devalues what they have to offer. Paid $15 for a standard 4 piece tender and an apple pie… $10 for the meal that was 7.99 last year, and 2.70 for an apple pie. Was also charged for all additional sauces. This is not fine dining, it’s fast food. Feel let down and robbed as a regular customer for many years.
One of the few places that consistently has good food and gets our order right the first time.
I don't even know where to start.1. Rude at the drive thru saying, "Is that all"after every thing I tried to order.2. Stank eye stare at the window and not saying a word before closing the window.3. Leaned against window with her back to us the whole time.4. Opened the widow and says, "Can you pull forward"5. Pulled forward and waited 14 minutes before someone came and asked what we ordered again.6. Waited another 6 minutes before they brought the order and read it off.7. Pulled in parking lot to check order and it was missing Mac and cheese that was on receipt.8. Went back to drive thru and I said, "hi, I just came through and one of my Mac and cheese is missing."9. Rude person just said, "pull around".... Honest mistake but still could have said sorry.10. At the window asked for my receipt and another lady saying I thought I put it in your bag...This is where I get frustrated. I paid $50 for my meal and they are arguing over $5 Mac and cheese that doesn't cost near that to make. Why am I not just forgetting about it? Because I paid for it AND I have kids to feed after a really long day and late dinner. They reluctantly give the Mac and cheese and I come home...The kicker, the Mac and cheese they gave is sour. It's hard to see the picture but it's lighter, chunky, and smells like sour dairy as well as tastes like it.Never again... My wife doesn't understand how I am so nice and patient in these situations and this time I wish I hadn't been.. horrible experience and after 25 years in customer service and management, there was absolutely no excuse for the behavior.
