I have been coming here for years. Practically the only fast food place that can serve you in under 10 minutes or less during rush hour. Try that at McDonalds or Taco Bell. Not going to happen. The food is always great, accurate, and staff is super friendly. One of the best performers there is a runner named Eddie. He is always moving quick to deliver food and always has a smile on his face while wishing me a good day. He makes me feel good and wholeheartedly represents and goes beyond what Chickfila expects from their employees.

I called in an order of cookies about an hour before I showed up. The person on the phone told me, oh, cookies don't take very long, will have that ready for you by 10 even tho I asked for 1030 pick up.I get there 1023 and the process my card right away.I then was told to pull up to wait.I'm waiting 10 mins without being told what's the hold up.I didn't get these cookies til 1053 with little explained to me what the problem was.I visit chik fil a all over and this one is not up to par with the other stores.

What can one say about Chick-fil-A... Always consistent, always perfect, this location in Kyle had superb service! Despite their ignorant stance on homosexuality, my usual location has an obviously gay employee, which I admire! I live in and from Austin, which is considerably more open minded than "Texas". I'll still go once a week for "healthier fast food. (Spicy Chicken sandwich, extra lettuce)?

Chick-fil-a never disappoints , we love the customer service and professionalism we experience here. Can't forget to mention the fresh tasty food always on point. Even when it's 10min till closing they never run out of items on their menu like a certain place next door.

I go here all the time and it’s usually great. I went today and ordered a sandwich meal, it was good and everything was fresh and correct.However.It is 33 degrees outside and there is a winter weather advisory, why do y’all have your employees standing outside in the cold taking orders when you have drive thru speakers available?? I just can’t wrap my head around wanting your employees to be cold just to keep drive thru times down. As a customer I would rather the drive thru be longer of a wait and order from the speaker than to order from somebody who is shivering cold. Whoever made that decision should feel really bad about their choices.

I've never really had a bad chick fil a experience before but this location is the exception. Inconsistent service and quality here.

Nothing good to say about this location. I’d think it was the new post COVID Chick-fil-A and I need to get used to it, but Buda and San Marcos are excellent. My to-go order is off about 75% of the time. Whether it’s cold soggy fries crumpled up in the package, or no dressing for the salad, or dipping sauce for the nuggets. Oh, and they are always the first to close their dining room. Always something. I even called corporate twice to let them know, and the second time really got the impression that they don’t care either. It’s unfortunate because it’s closest to my house.

I went to get breakfast this morning and my car died while I was in the drive-through. A current employee(didn't get his name), a FORMER employee, and the manager Eddie all came out to help me. I was completely embarrassed but they all made sure I was ok and laughed along with me. Not once did they hesitate to help out and I'm so grateful for that. That is truly going above and beyond for their customers!! Thank you chick fil a for picking the top of the line employees and managers!!

This Chick-Fil-A is always super fast and everyone is very nice. Shoutout to Brenda who was very nice and helpful this evening! You’re doing great!
