Delicious Authentic Mexican food with very attentive service at good prices. What more can you ask for? It was my first time at Casa Garcia but it won't be my last. I had the awesome Enchiladas plate. They were kind enough to substitute grilled vegetables for the beans and rice. I was trying to go lower carb until I got tempted by their homemade sopapillas which were so delicious! Their sopapillas are huge and sprinkled with cinnamon and brown sugar and then drizzled with honey. You can also watch them make their homemade tortillas. They have a bar and I understand they have good drinks but we didn't have any. A friend said they also serve a great breakfast. So I guess I will have to try that next time I'm in Kyle.
Food was pretty good. Just be sure that if you have a reservation for a large party that it’s not raining as their outside area is covered, but not covered very well. So, if it’s 20+ people, chances are they planned to have you outside, and if it rained, that idea is out the question. That’s what happened for my rehearsal dinner.They were good about getting other smaller tables cleared and ready for us, but we weren’t able to all sit together which sucked. Besides that, it’s pretty good food and reasonably priced.
Shrimp cocktail real bad. I’m surprise they serve this kind of food. I don’t care about paying for something that I real enjoy to eat but when they charge for 6 shrimp and the cup is full of red sauce , tomato and avocado.They need to change the recipe for this shrimp cocktail.Service is ok,First time at this place and last timeMaybe other plates are good.I’m not coming back
Visted this place for the second time last Sunday. About 2pm restaurant was busy so we were told about a 15 minute wait. After wating about 25 minutes we got the call te be seated but stood at the hostess station for another 5 minutes. After being seated we were served chips and salsa. After another 15 minutes our waitress came by and took our order and brought us our drinks. We ordered Gorditas to share. After waiting another 30 minutes our food arrived. The corn gordita shells were overcooked to the point they were very hard. and there was very little beef inside.. This was the last visit to this place

Best customer service in Kyle! Greeted right away, friendly staff, great drinks.If you like mariachi, there was a great group there on the Friday we went. A little loud for me but enjoyed the lively atmosphere.Food was good and the prices were great compared to the other tex-Mex places (nearby) that have added $2 to every menu item.We will definitely be back.
I have eaten here many times in the past. This meal today was below par. The chorizo was horrible! I had the Casa "G" with other food items that were good. The cook needs to re- learn how to make chorizo and eggs. The service provided by Lete was excellent. I will return one more time and give the same meal another try as anyone can have an off day on the grill.
Authentic food. Inexpensive, $10 margarita sampler ($0.25 upcharge for chamoy) 2oz glasses and they were strong! Employees are friendly thank you for the great experience
First time I got into it with an employee about my order and I was wrong about what I placed when I literally had the receipt right in front of me.????? Never got my refund back. Second time Literally only gave me a spoon full of rice, tortillas are still doughy. At least the tacos came out ok.
We used to eat here regularly pre-pandemic and thought some Casa Garcia's take-out sounded good for dinner. When we got home, we realized they had totally messed up our order. My son's veggie enchiladas had been replaced with a veggie quesadilla. My combo plate came without the queso, guacamole salad, or flour tortillas that were supposed to be included. Only my wife's order was correct. They didn't even include chips and salsa with the order!We didn't order anything unusual, so it shouldn't have been difficult to get the order right. After this experience, I don't think we'll be back.
