I have never been so upset in a business. Ordered a birthday cake with an edible image. It was the worst experience ever the image was not on the cake straight and they chopped off the subjects head!!!! Please tell me what cake decorator in the right mind would consider this acceptable, like I wasn’t going to notice his head gone!!!!! I’m told by the store employees that they can’t do anything the manager would have to handle it. I’m beyond upset at this point
I placed a Uber Eats order for two sundaes. In my experience with Uber Eats when a restaurant is out of something they call you. This time the restaurant didn't bother. The driver told me they were out of the sundaes I ordered. We worked it out and by the time my order was delivered it was a completely different item than I was expecting. The toppings tasted stale. I threw it away, received a refund from Uber Eats, and did what I should have done the first time and bought a pint of ice cream from the gas station. This shouldn't have happened if Baskin Robbins did their job.
They're always out of everything. The only way you can get decent services to go inside because they're very rude to the drive-through when you ask if they have a flavor and they typically don't have it. It's not worth the time going there.
Gave this place 2 chances and both time they got the order wrong. Had to have them repeat the order 3 times and they still messed it up and shorted me on ice-cream! Help help Kyle TX and stop going here so it can quietly close....
Chloe was very rude! No customer service training. I won't be back. My family won't be back. My friends won't be back either! Terrible time at my favorite ice cream shop!
I do not know how they stay open... if they aren't out of something, they have little to no respect for their customers
The ice cream was fresh and fabulous ! However , the female employee with the dyed smurf blue ponytail was throwing out “ F bombs” behind the counter without the consideration of customers dining inside.
B&R location never has a cake decorator. Very annoying and inconvenient.
I always try to give you guys the benefit of the doubt. I wait months before I try again and each time you have failed. Banana splits don't have Rocky Road, I'm chocolate or we only have dark. I specifically ask for hot Judge topping and strawberry and you always mess up add pineapple or caramel which I hate. I don't understand why you guys mess this up. It's on Uber and I left my review there as well. Wow
The best ice cream you can find in Kyle, TX. It was my first experience with Baskin-Robbins and I liked it a lot. Compare to Amy’s or any other hand crafted ice cream in town it is better I think.
