Dana from the AppleBees in Kyle Texas is an amazing waitress she helped me out on an order that was wrong and fixed the order and was extremely professional and needs to be the next manager if I owned a company I would make her the top dog!!! Amazing customer service and exceptional care to my order if I could only use her for all my orders I would!!! Best experience ever!
The food was great, the service was the worst I have gotten, it took an hour to get seated because “they can’t move tables” they only have one table specifically for 8 people or more.I ordered a margarita as my drink, it took 45min for me to cancel it, because I was already done with my food.I would understand if the restaurant was at least 50% but it wasn’t.I counted three tables and about 5 people at the bar, the only response I got when I canceled my drink was “we’re really backed up…..”It was the worst experience I’ve had, seems like the bartender had no training at all.
I came in under time constraint… our waiter Casey was absolutely excellent… accommodating, courteous, made sure we got our order in a super timely fashion, and the hamburger was SO GOOD! Really…. Thank you Casey…. Thank you chef… thank you General manager. Mrs Phillips
The Manager who was working the night Mom and I came for dinner, Casey, greeted everyone. The feeling in this restaurant I have to say was very professional and upscale. I told mom. You know I haven't had a steak this good in a long time !
We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. We were greeted shortly upon entering the restaurant. We were seated pretty much immediately afterwards. Our waitress arrived at our table taking our drink orders not long after we were seated. All of this happened in the midst of the restaurant building up to their Friday evening rush. Our waitress took good care of us throughout the remainder of our visit. Our meals were delivered as ordered. Each of our meals was ideal in presentation, temperature, and taste. We would definitely visit again when we are back in the area. Management was the best as well.
Sat at bar temp was perfect when we sat to eat section was too cold that 2 couples left we waited 10 min had to ask who was our waitress to even get a menu but then waitress made up for it she was great food was great
The food was ok not as good as it usual taste. I paid the bill tipped 20% and I asked for a peach tea to go and the waitress told me I'd have to pay for it ?. Since when do they charge extra for a tea to go. I was very disappointed in my visit this go round ?.
It was a little slow when we went in to get seated, but once we had a table the food came out quickly! We went in for their special on the hamburgers ($6.99 burgers with unlimited fries). The bacon cheeseburger was so delicious. They even switched out the nasty American cheese for real cheddar for me at no additional cost. The service was also excellent! Our server was attentive and sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed.
My boyfriend and I had a blast watching the Cowboys game tonight...We were dying for Caesar salads and steak...The 2-Fer type menu makes it so easy to pick something that's simple for the waiter and the kitchen...Thank you Applebee's...See ya soon
If you care about your health, do not dine here.Besides the food and service being gross and disappointing all around - the management here is utterly unacceptable. They threaten to FIRE their sick employees for not coming in. They very recently fired a cook who was sick and could not work because he would not come in to HANDLE FOOD FOR CUSTOMERS. Just last week the management team threatened to fire the PREP COOK for not coming in with a fever. So their prep cook came in and prepped the food while sick. I will be warning everyone I know who frequents this establishment. We are still in a PANDEMIC. This is completely unacceptable.Bad food, Bad Service, and Management who treats their employees like garbage. They are lucky the Hays County Health Department hasn’t investigated.Greg - do better.
