It was a great experience! Jose helped us at the front desk he was very friendly and gave us great customer service. He was very good taking our order and everything came out the way we expected. The restaurant was very clean. We will be coming in to eat some wings more often. Thank you!
I called in and made an order the guy automatically tells me it’s going to be 35 min wait you still want to order I said yes, this is what happens when you call to make an order at 10:40 ppl try to rush on your food and get the wrong order. i specifically said I wanted a 12 of boneless 6/ mango habanero and 6/hot lemon pepper I repeated my order three times and I asked the guy are you sure you out this and that he said yes he repeated the order to me and he said everything just like I said it. I arrive take my order come home to open my box and I have all 12 Lemmon pepper plain. I call in to tell them that again after many times they continue to always mess up on my order. They passed the phone over to the manager so called manager that’s not worth for nothing. I don’t understand what kind of customer service is this really the manager answered and told me what’s going on what happened I explained what happened and he gave me an attitude so I gave one because he didn’t like it when I gave him an attitude and hung up on me I called more than 12 times and every time I would call back they would hang up on me I called from a private number and hey answered and as soon as they heard my voice they ended the call on me again I called again by this time a girl answered and then ended the call too I called back the last time and a guy answered and said we’re closed now we’re closed laughing and hung up so I gave up. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten!!!!!!
Mr. Felipe was very helpful and nice. When I arrived, they were packed but he still managed to help every single customer. Great customer service.
Food and drinks are great. Just forgot straws and napkins. But overall. Everything was perfect
This place is disgusting ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES DONT WEAR GLOVES while handling the food . Touching the computers to our food. Texting while handling our food just unprofessional and disgusting. Who runs this place ? No proper management and employees can’t even speak enough English to get our orders right .
The manager runs a fine establishment. Food was great and so was service. Will definitely be coming back.
