Ordered online from Kingwood store at 6:30pm. Said to pick up in 45min. Arrived at store at 7:20pm. Total anarchy inside. Made my way to pick up spot and was ignored until I said to the associate "excuse me..." and waved to get his attention. Showed him my order on my phone, got a snippy apology and "but we're backed up right now". Kinda rude tone. I waited until 7:40, went back to "pick-up" line and asked for my order. Still not ready, so I said never mind the ordering I want a refund. The associate got a manager. I showed him that my order was placed well over an hour before, and pick-up time had expired. I asked for a refund. He said ok, but wait right here, I'll get your order. He came back in about 5min with my order, $10 in coupons, and 2 days later the refund showed up in my account. I love their food and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. Just wish they could get their kitchen right. Would give 5 stars if not for the time delay.
I signed in and recovered my long lost password just to write this review. The food is pretty good 8/10, only sucks that chips and dip are sold separately from your tacos. But the whole reason I wanted to right this review was to acknowledge the quiet, soft spoken Spanish man that busses tables. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! Extremely polite, and helpful. Probably goes unnoticed but not today. Thank you sir!
This location is awesome. The manager is nice and he will work. Not one of those you tell and he tells someone else type. He goes and finds out the issues and brings it to you himself. Also I ordered online my recent visit and was charged for chip and cheese dip. When it was suppose to be free. I redeemed the free new account. Regardless after noticing it I did not say anything. No big deal just putting it out there for people to confirm. Has nothing to do with this location at all. Awesome staff!!!!
Delicious tacos, but they are extremely pricey. At least $6-8 per taco. Not a platter… But for ONE taco. I can get an equally tasty taco from a food truck that’s fully authentic for a fraction of the price. Dine in gets you free churros, but they were burnt and dry. Treat yourself, don’t cheat yourself!

Tasty tacos! They are full-sized tacos so 2-3 tacos makes for a filling lunch!I ordered the trailer park taco and the salmon one! Both were delicious.
First time here, my boss ordered three different tacos and I ordered one Mr. Orange and a small order of guacamole and chips. The Mr. Orange is blackened salmon with cabbage and a spicy sauce. The guacamole and chips were fresh and delicious and so was the taco. I was very impressed with how good it was for fast food style restaurant. I rarely go anywhere twice because I like trying different places and doing my reviews, but I might visit Torchy's again one day just to try out some of the interesting options on the menu. A good recommend for lunch.
Ate here on March 2nd, 2022 with my family (2 adults and 4 kids). Employees we interacted with were fine, no complaints there. I had the Republicans & Democrat and both were very good. However, my wife and kids each had plates containing Beef Fajita meat. To say that the fajita meat was tough and chewy would be a big understatement. Think beef jerky. Very disappointing to walk away from an expensive meal and still have the majority of your party hungry. We will not be coming back.
