They have great food and drinks!!

Great steak and bread rolls

The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and keep checking on us to make sure we had everything we need and also to check for drink refills. This is a location that I would choose to visit again and again. The steaks were great with no sauce. The green breans were well seasoned just good. The salads were also delicious I usually get the house but I got a Caesar this go round and I must say it was great.

The food 3 months ago was awesome but has been going downhill. Steak had a grainy texture tonight and was overcooked. My salad was just drenched with an ungodly amount of dressing. They need to re-evaluate their kitchen staff and hire people who actually care about what they are serving.

food was great.Update: on our second visit with family, was a great visit, customer service was the best, warmly welcomed and greeted. Definitely a better experience and I will highly recommended, be aware of special holidays they will be crowded, reserve with time.. love the food

Upon entering the establishment, we missed the check-in station as they changed the location from the inside location to the entryway (no signage like 'Check-In Here'). Once we were redirected, I couldn't hear the receptionist as the station was placed directly under a sound system speaker, which prevented us from hearing one another without shouting. While the food was good, once again the ambient music inside was so loud (dive-bar loud) that I couldn't have a conversation with the people I was dinning with. I begged my waiter to have it turned down. It appears to me the workstaff had turned it up for their 'enjoyment' instead of understanding the background music is for the customers and setting an enjoyable atmosphere.I hope the managers get this under control... to manage the sound level of the diner. When the music is loud, the the customer's talk louder to be heard over the music... and it just escalates front there. When they finally lowered the volume of the music, it was amazing how quickly the ambient sound of the conversations decreased as well. We were finally able to enjoy conversations quite easily.

The bread & butter is amazing. This was my first time visiting Texas Road House. When you walk in you can select which steak you want. Sirloin, ribeye etc.Ask for bread it’s free. The best tasting rolls I have ever had.The Mac & cheese was ok. I wouldn’t recommended it but everything else was great. This place can get pretty busy. Prepare to wait a bit if you haven’t reserved a table

I've been here a couple times before and everything is fine when it's just me and someone else, but I could never come here with a group again because their kitchen staff loses their heads and leaves all of our food in the back. Everyones food was cold as you can tell in the images. We also didn't get good services refilling our drinks because of very skim checkups. May I add that when the manager came to speak to us, she gave excuses rather than apologizing to my group. We understand that there are chances for us to ask for our food to be redone, but we never had people swing by to ask us if everything was okay. On top of that... If we had our food remade, we would be eating a while longer.

The food was great. The service was great. We were a party of 3 and started with the fried pickles... always awesome! The bread and cinnamon butter is a guilty pleasure. We ordered a half rack of ribs, a filet minion rare, and the big prime rib extra rare. Sides included Caesar salads, veggies, and chili. It was perfect!!! Our waitperson was attentive but not intrusive. There was never a time when our glasses went unfilled.

This place is never not 5 stars, the best value steaks cooked properly every time! Is it cinnamon in the butter with the bread? Whatever it is I feel like I'm eating cake every time I chow down on it. The side salad was so fresh and delicious I demolished it very quickly, the side vegetables on the other hand can be return to golden corral where they belong (never actually been to a golden corral, never needed to because there's always a Texas Roadhouse nearby).
