Today I witnessed the gentleman in front of me in the drive-thru line throw a fit like a toddler. He began to yell at the cashier and then throw his drink out as she closed the window…… yet ….. when I drove up… you would have never known what happened. Despite the incident, the sweet young lady working drive-thru had a smile on her face and was beyond polite when apologizing for the wait time. I can’t imagine having to endure the nightmare she experienced with that awful customer but to see her push through and try to bring a smile to my face….My goodness, that is the type of customer service we are lacking in this society. However, this honestly comes as no surprise because this is how we are always greeted by the day shift employees. Hands down, this location is TOP NOTCH and our absolute favorite. Wonderful staff, clean environment, and friendly faces that will absolutely brighten your day. Thank you to all the staff working today!! Y’all are absolutely amazing.
Service at this location will vary over time. Most of the time, I’ve had good and friendly service. The expected food quality is intermittent. As crews turn over, some will be good while others will be poor. If you special order something, check it before you leave.? Taco Bell’s product quality isn’t high. But, don’t blame the crew. It’s pre-cooked fast food, assembled by order.If you want healthy diet food, this ain’t it. High Blood pressure? Don’t eat here unless you took your medication.Diabetics need to avoid the icee drinks. And if you want to be a diabetic, order the icee drinks.If you partied late and want something to eat or have the munchies, this is the place for feeding.
Are you drunk? Do you need a cheese fix? Have only 4.17 in loose change, and seriously hungry? Do you feel like a extremely satisfying mix of textures? If any of these are true Taco Bell is for you.This location was quick, and met all of my T-Bell expectations.
I like the friendly service there I like the little girl that was there too bad she's only 19 and I'm so old and she's too young that's the price you pay when you get old
This tb is good, they always have what i order and always get it right which is surprising for fast food.
The service has gotten wayyy better.
This place is exceptionally slow.The last 2 times I've been here the food was as expected but the drinks don't taste quite right and the wait time is awful.It toom over 15 minutes to get my order both times. The drinks taste like they have been mixed with diet versions. The staff wasn't very engaging or interested in picking up the speed OR being entertaining so that I forget about the wait.I wouldn't suggest getting lunch here if you are on a time crunch.
Best damn taco bell I've ever been to.. CODY deserves his own tb too run at least a hefty pay raise.. I'm from Chicago and this is the first tb I stopped at... Won't go to another one customer service was amazing! Taco Bell please pay this man he is asset to the company... Just a saying,
Took my 7 year old to get a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff greeted us and the order was made to our requests. Great place!
