Worst subway ever. The guy was racist, he refused to give me food saying he has to serve many other customers while there was no one there. I felt insulted!
I don't often eat out, but when I do it's always at this Subway thanks to the pleasant experience. They have a new employee ( I believe her name was Riley, if I'm wrong then please forgive me, I'm always horrible with names ) that is always so sweet and greets me with a friendly voice, and what I assume is a smile underneath the mask. ( I love that this Subway in particular has every employee wearing a mask, I've seen multiple food places where employees don't wear masks and that is so dangerous! ) I can tell she's really shy and gets a little nervous though, but that's okay. I remember when I was working and got nervous too. The other older lady is also very nice and pleasant to talk to, even with her heavy accent and my difficulty to understand her at times. The food is always prepared with patience, and even when it's really busy everyone does their best to get to the customers as quickly as possible. I will definitely return to this place more often!
Always had good service and no complaints about the food quality or quantity. Never had an issue with stock availability but then I wouldn't get upset if a grocery store had run out of something.
Really good
old mexican guy was very disrespectful
Emma was extremely rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. Very few words exchanged, mean looks, stern angry voice and bad service made for an all around unpleasant experience. Have heard the same experience from others with this girl. Will not be returning to this location.
Tried to order online one afternoon, but it said the store was unavailable even though it was open and takes online orders. Went there and ordered in person anyways, and they had to re plug the internet cord in to process my order. Looked over, and saw the phone running a dial tone. So they just unplug so you can't order online, run the phone so it's busy and you can't call. Before I even started my order they went through a long list of things they didn't have. So I had to mismatch the sandwich I wanted with just whatever I could get. They are always out of 25-50% of the ingredients. Always. In the morning, afternoon, or at night. Most employees I've encountered just act super inconvenienced by the fact that someone is there and they have to do something.
Good for a quick bite in the back of Kingwood
7:15 PM and only wheat and flatbread.????? Never gets it right either. I'm do done with ever giving them another try (they have had a few second chances already). Can't believe they are even in business. Don't waste your time.
Awful place! Every time I go there they don’t have what I want. It’s always “the steaks still frozen “ blah blah blah. One time they even ran out of bread ! Keep in mind that this Is a SANDWHICH place , how do you run out of bread ?!?!
