I've left at least three reviews for this location, both with varying perspectives, but now i know for sure. Do. Not. Go. Here. First impression of walking in is a staff that looks like they never wanted to be there in the first place. Second impression is of employees who want to nickel and dime you at every turn, we asked for onions, the guy behind the counter puts less than 6 thin quarters of one ring for a whole footlong, they tried to leave 3 slices of cheese on my partners sandwich. Honestly, im disappointed, that fact that this location has fallen to this level is a shameEdit: photo, hardly anything!Edit 2: photo, i doesn't look it but this is a piece of what i assume to be a hard stem, My partner could've choked from this.
Very sloppy missing some stuff and they for got the bag of chips I ordered. Didn't even cut it.
Out of 5 sandwiches ordered 0 were correct. Not toasted, wrong sauces, extra vegetables not asked for, and an endless array of other mistakes.The employee seemed altered, possibly inebriated.Would not recommend
This place has no idea what they are doing!They Tried to make me a wrap twice that was completely falling apart, and then charge me for it. First time the kid had no idea what he or she was doing, they later told me it was their first time. They went back to get someone to help them, the next kid came in with sopping wet hands put gloves on (that’s a plus I guess) and then used a dirty knife and his fingers to try and put it back together and make the mess that he had made look presentable. No way I’ll go back there. I’m all for people learning a new job, but they must be taught correctly or else all they are doing is a giant mess! I will never go back there. This place isn’t clean, the employees have no idea what they are doing! And whomever the boss is must not care! I wouldn’t even give this subway a star. Whatever you do go out of your way and go to another subway down the street.
Ate my last Subway sandwich today. I have tried a few locations this year and same results. Subway needs to make better quality, this reminds me of slop. Paid 11 dollars for my meal and not worth it.
The guys working were so very nice. One had stopped to show the other how to make the fresh bread and then apologized for making me wait so he gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. Such a kind gesture that was totally unexpected.
Friendly, pleasant employees, good service, fresh ingredients. They are open longer hours on weekends.We drive past other stores to come here.
Great job Theo!! You had a very difficult and rude customer in front of me today. Her 3 sandwiches were very simple but she was so rude to you. You stayed very professional and calm. You gave her great customer service. As for me y’all are alway great.I wanted to thank you for what you did!!
At the subway on North Park. I felt rushed and wasn't able to do the sandwiches one at a time. They wanted me to give them all the ones I wanted at once and then put on the condiments on and sure enough I got one messed up. My brain does not function that way. I need to finish one before I start the next to get the desires of my grandchildren correct (picky eaters). I will go back to the one on kingwood drive. They are much friendlier and accommodating
